One question on GA. Is the margin increase in % terms because of higher turnout or a shift toward Trump?

Rural areas breaking by a few extra percentage points is almost meaningless. Look at the total vote numbers, most of those areas have very small populations.

The question about VA is the margin. If it’s under 7-8%, I will be concerned about the overall race nationally.

In other bad news, Harris is currently performing 14% worse than Biden in a Florida county that’s 1/3 Puerto Rican… wtf?
These people don't understand trump does not like them or their people. They somehow think if they vote for trump they'll be accepted somehow.

I dunno. It's not that I don't think him as a candidate was terrible, I'm just not sure that the candidate was making enough of a difference to "mop the floor". People are just negative on the economy... I don't think they should be, but they are.
A lot of people are making similar comments in here, but I don't think that's quite fair. Inflation has been the highest that most developed countries have seen in decades, for plenty of us, the highest by far in our adult lives. That's dreadful for any incumbent government (fair or not) and is a big reason why incumbents have struggled everywhere over the last couple of years.

Trump has made gains in traditionally Dem leaning counties of Dade and Broward, which makes it very hard for any Dem to win the state. Not a big deal since no one was banking on FL to help Harris win anyway.

PA breaking more for Trump than Michigan is for Harris. Not good.

She is always talking smack about Kamala meanwhile she's an immigrant who had three abortions.
I am former friends with a southern girl who my wife drove to have an abortion some years back.

She has now “found the lord” and is a hard core anti-abortion Trumper who hides her past like the plague.

And I’m like… bitch… I know you. Your new friends don’t.

It’s not the civil war we need to be concerned about. The consequences of this election for the rest of the globe can’t be overstated.

Not sure if you've seen the state of it currently but it's not looking particularly great whatever happens

It's early - but it's definetly breaking Trump at the min.

Long night ahead.

He's won Miami-Dade, where Hillary won by 30 pts and still lost the state in 2016. Crazy shift over 8 years.

Jesus, need something positive, Michigan not starting good according to CNN

Living in South Florida and getting heavy Cuban support has helped him a lot. The only reason FL was previously a swing state was because of Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach overwhelmingly being pro-Dem. Trump has taken a lot of Dem votes away down there, which is why FL is reliably R for now.

Rent raise isn't a big enough consequence, eviction is better
This will depend on who wins the elections. If Harris wins I'm putting a flag up for her to look at every day.

I guess the lord she worships is cool with a dishonest adulterous POS. Their god is selective with regards to what sins are allowed.

Ohio looking better than expected, guess Sherrod Brown will be okay.

Looks a half percentage point lead for Trump in PA based on results so far.

@InfiniteBoredom

GA is definitely gone now.

Trump has made more inroads with Hispanics again.

Trump is also gained on suburb/exurb voters in the South.

Harris has gained a bit on counties with younger college educated folks.
