But see, people like us and other Caftards seek evidence, proof, quantifiable data, and so forth. A large percentage of GOP supporters are simply not seeking such. They just want to hear "the other" is impacting their mode of life. Persecution complex perhaps. Being a former small-town Texas, deeply religious, uneducated voter I know all about this. I hate seeing my family and many friends still stuck in this scope.

The argument isn't to dictate policies to their desires though. Biden ran better with religious voters far more than previous Democratic nominees despite his platform and party being heralded as anti-God, pro-abortion, pro-LGBTQ, pro-diversity etc. So it can't have been 'religious right' voters who went to him as opposed to normal religious people who live to their faith but aren't bigoted to others. The conservative commentary is Biden just talking on their level about his religious faith was a clever move. It may have netted him enough pro-life people who aren't fanatics to vote Democrat to cut into Trump's margins among the uber evangelicals.
 
The way I see it, if Trump's team file a lawsuit in a state it's because they know they're losing it. :D

(think this will ultimately be it, though; think we may have won the them undecideds & first time voters by them being appalled to a certain extent by Trump).
