This is true and the mistake I made. Plus, online and phone polls were averaging very differently, and it was assumed that phone polls would be the more accurate, as they had been in the GE (this proved incorrect).

My facebook feed has a quite a number of people willing to vote for 3rd party candidates, i'm not sure if this is picking up steam elsewhere, but lately I see it quite often - to "disrupt the establishment" and what not.
From my very little understanding of how US Votes are calculated and weighted - a vote for Stein or Johnson is pretty much wasted, right?

The Trump people probably thought Contra was a good thing, as in the Nicaraguan rebels who Reagan supported 1980s against the Marxist Sandinistas.
I really hope, once this campaign is over, that people properly make fun of how weak all of Trump's videos have been. Hillary's and his are not even on the same planet as regards production values.

I am pretty sure there is no consolidated strategy meeting in Trump campaign anymore. Everyone including Trump just seem to go out there and say whatever suits them best.
This is him in a nutshell, saying he'll 'fix' everything and be the best at everything, whilst offering no explanation whatsoever as to how and most of the time talking about things over which the President has no control.
