Feck it, Hannity is on and they have some pretty damning shit against people saying they worked for the DNC and are hired to cause shit at Trump rallies, they are even taking credit for stopping Trump speaking and causing the trouble in Chicago. Obviously Hannity is now spinning it to say that all the trouble and violence at Trump rallies was coordinated by these groups and they were paid by the Dems. Newt is on now too and they are literally drooling over this shit.

Birddogging. And yes, it is quite damning. The worst thing is the superpac/DNC/Clinton campaign is clearly entangled, and that shouldn't be the case.

The guy who released the video is releasing more tomorrow. He's a Trump supporter, and a bit of a nut-job with a less than perfect background (look it up), but you can't argue with video evidence really. He should release the raw footage.

Is this from the guy whose wiki entry immediately highlights his selective editing?
Yep. He was incarcerated for it, I believe. That's why the raw footage should be released. Although, having seen the video, it would have to be really ingeniously selectively edited for him to have completely misrepresented it.

On reddit they've traced one protestor to the DNC payroll. There is also a discussion of bird dogging between Podesta and other campaign chiefs in the WikiLeaks emails, so it definitely has some legitimacy, you'd think.

Yeah, and what's worse is that smug fecking prick, cnut Hannity is absolutely loving it. He's practically pleasuring himself on air.
I didn't catch his segment on that, but the one on the abuse allegations was pretty bad. With no sense of irony, they cited that guy who apparently remembered being on the same flight, and then complained about the injustice of being accused of sexual misconduct a few weeks before an election which means you can't prove your innocence. They break records for double think, because that's exactly what Trump was aiming for when he held that press conference.

I didn't catch his segment on that,

He's been back and forth about it all night. He and Newt both just said "100 times bigger than Watergate" Jeez, they are really not going to let this go at all. I'm not sure how damaging it will be because most people know what Trump's rallies and supporters are like anyway, but still, it's not good. The best outcome is if the Dems distance themselves from it quickly.

Not sure if it will be damaging really -- might have been if it came out a few weeks ago, but with three weeks left, I don't think there's time for this to gain much traction. Trump will more than likely lead with it tomorrow, though.

Just read the email that was cited in the Veritas video with the term "bird dogging" in it... And honestly, searching the term turned up 1 email, from moveon.org to some "bigcampaign@googlegroups" address.

Our members are bird dogging Republican candidates in character all over the country. They dress up as execs from "RepubliCorp" a not-so-fictitious merger between the Republican Party and multinational corporations and go to events.

It isn't as it is made to seem in the video. They're dressed up in costume picketing the event to highlight to connections between the GOP and big corporations... And in this case it definitely appears that the term "bird dogging" means exactly what it usually means... "To pursue with determination"

I think for it to have the smoking gun effect that conservatives want, it would have to show Clinton herself as being somehow involved. I don't see that happening. So even if they release new emails/material implicating democratic activists, there's always a big removal from Clinton in terms of culpability. It's a nothing story, really, insofar as Clinton goes. If it came out earlier, maybe it might have been damaging to the overall Dem establishment. But there just doesn't seem to be a direct link to anyone of massive importance, which is why it probably isn't being covered extensively by the media (Fox covered it, but they'd have done that with no link).

The video is embarrassing, but at worst the campaign just issues a low-key statement disavowing the use of such techniques (that's if a statement is even called for).

*This is the other instance that I've seen (https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/3833), links it a bit more to Trump. The term is never defined though, so there still isn't much culpability there -- unless the definition from the video is accepted.

Engage immigrant rights organizations. DREAMers have been bird dogging Republican presidential candidates on DACA/DAPA, but they’ve learned to respond. There’s an opportunity to bird dog and record questions about Trump’s comments and connect it to the policy.

Is it reversed or something? Cos that's terrifying if it isn't.

They just played it on Fox and no, it's not reversed. He actually picks her up, goes to kiss her and she kind of turns her head and he misses, he turns to the crowd and gives the thumbs up while they are cheer and then it's literally what the clip shows, he goes to kiss her again and she really recoils. Just parading a small black girl for votes. Shameless, and given his current situation with the accusations, you would have thought he would know better.

Er... how is this damning?

Sure, they purposefully set out to wind up the Drumpfkins, but no one forced them to batter those paid protestors.

Unless they have evidence of intentional violence or them birddoggers disguising as Drumpfkins hitting people... meh.

'They are a bunch of mouthy cvnts, so we are justified beating the shite out of them' isn't exactly a rousing argument.

I get what you're saying, but they have apparently been inciting violence. That to me is very irresponsible at best.

I'm waiting for more details though.

This imbecile has a show on Bloomberg, and a NYT best seller book...

If this passes for 'intellectuals', America probably deserves DJT.

It's good to see Barry letting loose on his tour during the election, he's probably my favourite American comedian atm.

If that's true (and I don't trust the editing here), it's incredibly stupid by those guys. And just freakin' unnecessary.

Most damning thing actually isn't the video, it is the medias total failure to report it. The guy who sent me the link had tipped our two biggest newspapers via twitter in Norway, and guess what? He got blocked.

If this was Trump's camp it would be smeared out over all the media.

Immoral and definitely a crime if the video material is anything to go by which I doubt it is. A commercial entity with the purpose of inciting riots, risking health and lives? The level of disdain for people would reach Trump levels.

I don't see much wrong with that list. What bothers you?

Since when did the moderator of the third presidential debate the most important person in the last three weeks of the race?

Since when did Putin and Assange become more important than either candidates, given the 'OMG it's Russian tampering, documents doctored' narrative most people accept?

Since when did a campaign manager who has so far spectacularly failed in reining in her candidate and now effectively ceding control to an alt-right media executive the more important person than her candidate who is lighting himself on fire everyday on the trail?

It's nonsensical thoughtless bs from a hack with some inside connections trying to push the tired horse race narrative.

He could dictate the narrative for may be a week, especially if he goes after Clinton like the fox news viewers want.
What could Clinton/Trump say now that will change an undecided voters mind? On the other hand, show ties to Putin or if the wikileaks are big ones who knows what happens.
That campaign manager turned the ship around and then steadied it before the Bush video. I can't stand her, or anyone else wanted to help Trump, but I can't deny that.

I love the way that something in this thread can be discussed for a few pages and then all of a sudden someone comes in and posts something about it as if it hasn't even been mentioned before  Dunno if they just don't agree with what's been said prior and want to start their own tangent, or if they just don't read back before posting. It's truly bizarre and seems to happen a lot in here

Happens on every forum especially when too many pages like this thread.
