Kinda funny that they're furious about this but not everything he's said about women up to now. People are weird.
Easy to explain..this directly speak to huge part of the republican base. Whilst his other comments were towards minorities and others, it would have been political suicide to go against him.

I just saw the Trump clip. Bloody hell, the guy just doesn't cease to amaze.

Who saw the woman on BBC saying 50% of men think like Trump? I don't know a single guy that thinks grabbing a lady by the pussy is acceptable. Not a single one.

Here's more from Sarah C, my delusional friend in Georgia (currently residing in Osan). This from a woman that suffered an assault from an ex-bf who later stalked and attempted to blackmail her (with photos he supposedly took of her in the shower and sleeping).

--Thank you Mr. Trump for speaking out on this and taking responsibility for very stupid, inappropriate words spoken 10+ years ago. I see one distinct difference in this matter...Trump takes responsibility for mistakes whereas Hillary...well she just blames others or shrugs her shoulders with the most nonchalant, evil attitude. The reality is, Hillary thinks she is above the law. The FBI proved that anyone can be bought.

As for me, I won't deny that Trump needs a filter at times. For you women acting absolutely appalled by his comments....I encourage you to look up a picture posted last weekend of Miss America '16 (Betty Cantrell) and a USAF Thunderbird pilot/crew member at RAFB Air Show. Before you get high and mighty, take a look at the comments throughout many many shares of this picture in which women lusted after and said things as if that man was a piece of meat. Was the picture eye catching? Absolutely. I am a woman and I recognize good looks when I see them. But that's not my point. My point is....so many are up in arms on social media in absolute disgust at Trump's comments. Were they wrong? Absolutely. Offensive? Yes. But be careful throwing stones when you live in a glass house. We are all born sinners and if you say you've never had a lustful eye, thought or spoken word....well you just sinned again and lied! Women, I'm sorry but you lust and say just as many inappropriate things as men.

Trump has owned up to his mistakes and I can respect someone who takes responsibility for their actions. His opponent on the other hand...refuses to take responsibility for any mistakes. Her mistakes are a mile long and a mile wide, including defending a child rapist, shaming/threatening women that her own sicko husband sexually assaulted, leaving 4 Americans to be murdered in Benghazi while repelling the blame, treats military members like pure crap, stole from the White House, put our national security at high risk with classified information, lots of mysterious deaths connected to her, and so many more lies and deceit.

Americans please dig deep over these next few weeks. Pray and really ask God for discernment in your vote. You don't have to agree with me. I'm just asking to open your eyes and look at the big picture here. This is a pivotal moment in the future of our country.--

I have no idea about this. HAve to google search, but I will pray after for my sins.

There will be worse coming. I bet he's trying to figure out what.
I don't get it. Someone like this should be becoming public enemy number one and have to go into celebrity hiding. Instead he's seemingly well in a race for becoming America's president and has a strong following. Bizarre.

BBC have some weird people on from both sides. Earlier on they had an anti-Trumper that was saying "you'd think the polls would've moved because of this but they haven't Trump is beating Hillary in Ohio!" - despite no polls having come out that take this into account and Hillary being up in the two most recent Ohio polls.

I'd have to think that as a married couple they'd have discussed this. Maybe she agrees with his position? Do you know?

Which makes her a hypocrite, exactly @Keeps It tidy 's point. I mean everyone is a hypocrite, but being offended by what Trump has said while at the same time condoning the things Pence has done or wants to do, that's the irony.

Defends Trump by saying "we are all sinners" then attacks the Clintons for sin, then this

The hypocrisy and the theological gymnastics these people are going through.... Unreal

Once you've decided the pacifist, socialist, anarchist, Arabian Jew of the Bible is actually super down with patriotism, capitalism and guns, theological gymnastics are a reflex.

A terrorist attack like 9/11 shouldn't really increase the chances of using nukes. I mean these terrorist groups hide in civilian areas...are you just going to nuke a whole city?
"It's called collateral damage, any let me tell you this, nobody does collateral damage as well as me, I'm the best at collateral damage, we'll get tremendous collateral damage and make American Great again."

Something like that?

We've lost the plot as a country
I'm not even sure how you work on something like this. It's basically a sign of a moral degradation or vacuum among some serious portions of the national population. I expect Hilary to win, but the fact that this has gone as far as it has in this particular direction suggests that sweeping it under the carpet once she does win is going to be counter productive.

Yup Ana Navarro fecking crushed it. And I like this Bob Beckel chap. He's clearly been around the political block a few times, and he gives zero fecks. He's so unequivocal 'This shit is over'.

He was on the Fox Five for a few years, so I can only imagine the idiocy he dealt with on a daily basis is small potatoes* (snicker) to what he's seen in 2016.

*Small potatoes was the 30 for 30 title on the USFL which had multiple segments on Trump.

You're spot on. I don't know either. And I'm seriously disillusioned with what I'm seeing from teenagers. Granted, I live in a highly conservative part of America. I keep telling myself that hoping that we aren't destined for a future ruled by Trumpites

I'd like to tell your friend one thing; feck off.

Don't take all of his comments so literally. Trump would not be allowed to use nukes and he wouldn't himself dare it either.

POTUS is the ONLY person that can direct the use of nuclear weapons in the US government. There exists a two-person rule in which the SecDef must confirm or deny the order from the POTUS. If SecDef denies this order the POTUS can remove said person and anoint a new SecDef, and so on, until one person agrees (someone like Flynn for example). The only saving light would be the person holding the football and/or others nearby beat the living shit out of Trump, place him under arrest, and the cabinet later finds him unfit for the presidency. Or the JCS/officers at the silos refuse the order, which is likely unless the US is being attacked.

Unless he's actually insane, which Trump isn't, its highly unlikely that any American president will plunge his country into nuclear armageddon.

The US left does like to raise this spectre with some Republican candidates. They did it with Goldwater in 1964 - the famous 'Daisy' ad - and there was a lot of pre-election chatter in the American liberal media in 1980, implying that Reagan's election could precipitate a nuclear showdown with the Soviets.

It's just politics in the final analysis. The questions are marginally worth raising in Trump's case though, because of his volatile personality and lack of any record in political office.

So you don't recall the Cuban Missile crisis a year before that when the world actually faced nuclear armageddon? You and Dana Perino huh!

If Goldwater had been in charge we'd have been annihilated.

The 2 man rule exists on the subs and in the missile silos. The president has sole authority over ordering a nuclear strike. If any member of the cabinet can veto is unknown to the public... But again, the cabinet is appointed by the President.

SecDef must follow POTUS order to give the launch codes. Or the POTUS can fire the SecDef and anoint a new SecDef until someone in the circle follows direction.

Yeah I put that about the SecDef in a later post. I didn't include it there because if you can just fire the SecDef until one agrees then it's really not a 2 man fail safe

Iran. Trump would nuke it, for many reasons, absolutely no doubt in my mind. He wouldn't even think twice or hesitate. He'd probably place the order then hit a ball in front of the press and say "now watch this drive"

Anyone who thinks he wouldn't, well, it's not really worth arguing about to be honest.

It's happening all over the western world, but as usual America is the biggest, brashest example of it. It's partly the last rally cry of a dying generation, and the blow back of 20 odds years of relative liberalism. Basically, people who feel left behind by the modern world, and would rather see it burn than adapt.

History is a continual case of "one step forward, two steps back"...My parents thought the 60s would usher in a century of unadulterated liberalism, but instead they got Reagan & Thatcher before the 70s were out.

Which isn't to say we can just wait this out. Brexit was such a shitter because we didn't expect it, which is partly how we allowed it happen. So whenever I see people joking about their pro-Trump friends, parents and relatives, and how they aren't worth engaging, it exasperates me. Anyone close to a Trump supporter should take it as a duty to challenge them, even if it is futile. Beg them, plead with them, suck their fecking dicks! We're talking about Donald Trump becoming the most powerful man in the world, this isn't a trivial matter.

I had long running arguments on social media about Brexit. Sure changing people's minds is tough, and rare, but if we're too scared to try, what is the platform even for? Cats and babies?
