lots of people have been complaining about his lack of ambition on the pitch, like not consistently tracking back after losing the ball, or too much precaution in tackles etc, plus a perceived overall laziness/indifference of sorts. but that might as well be some sort of confirmation bias, as his nearing departure was/is a sure thing. so yes, not too many tears being prematurely shed right now.Thanks.
