I know that people hate Duncan Castles but he is very close to Mendes and he had said it long back that ADM will leave with United making a big loss.
Come on now, he clearly grabbed the ref in a aggressive manner. It was not for nothing, it was shear stupidity.I also doubt getting sent off for literally nothing against Arsenal did his love for England much good.
If anything he seemed too worried about proving people wrong, hampering his performance. Too often he was going for shots and crosses from long distance in hopes of getting a goal or an assist in situations where he rather should've passed the ball.To be fair, he's a cnut. Earning 200k a week and not looking arsed for the majority of the season. Sorry but I can't make any excuses for him. He should've taken a massive pay cut and stayed at Real. Or something. Now, let's see of us can be disinterested at work...and still collect a wage. Seems to be different rules for players who are worshipped by fans....

Like Pogba hes completely disrespected the manager by failing to show up for pre-season while engineering a move away. At least DDG, while eyeing a move, has acted like a professional - is that so much to ask for?!

Fans like players putting in a shift. Falcao was awful but most couldn't help but like him because he tried his best. In fact I hope he does well at Chelsea. Di Maria, though, didn't seem too arsed.

Please no more argentinian for United. We're like a magnet for their cnuts.
Hope he gets the shit booed out of him when he comes back to Old Trafford.
And I hope we finally get a number 7 worthy of the shirt next.

I'm just disappointed this hasn't worked out. The sad part is that it's pretty clear when you see him play for Argentina it's not a case of him having lost his talent but just for whatever reason is not happy here and struggling to express that talent for us.
His antics of the last week will be the overriding memory for me unfortunately.
Why would he come back to OT if he's moving on ?
Hopefully not.
If we get PSG in the Champions League?
He's a coward who, despite being paid extremely handsomely, never looked like he was really trying. And then has the audacity to go AWOL when he should be doing what he gets paid for?
And I wouldn't be at all surprised if he exaggerated/faked injuries while he was here. That injury v Hull at the end of the season, not buying it.
OFC it was in a aggressive manner. In the streets if someone grabbed you like that you would have decked them, since it was during a GAME the ref had no choice but to send him off.You think he was aggressive? In that case...I'd hate to see what you would do if someone actually acted truly aggressive towards you.

We have been on the bad end of some ref decisions regarding sending off our player (Nani vs Real for one) but that one against ADM? Correct decision all day long
I agree there is nothing more frustrating than a player not putting in a shift when things aren't going his way, but you have to realise he came from being an integral part of a well drilled world class team to being played wherever he was needed for a disorganized United side.Fans like players putting in a shift. Yes it was my money. I spend money to watch United, I pay for Sky, I buy some official merchandise here and there. Was it your money he took? He was dropped by Van Gaal when the performances dipped so the manager did his bit. Even for Argentina he's been poor so it's not just for United. I highly doubt he'll hit the ground running with PSG, I'd almost bank on it being a while before he improves.
But why would you hope he gets booed out the stadium? What the hell does that achieve?

What pisses me off is that we spent £60m on a player that everyone, but LvG, knew was not a fit for his philosophy in the first place. He's too direct. Expecting Di Maria to adapt without being played regularly in one position, in a new league was unrealistic.
And your edit, how many players have United had that have gone AWOL? It's not so much his cowardly play and fear of being tackled. I knew that about him before he came. Was it your money he took? He may well be a 'coward' but plenty of them have played for United before and will do in future. The question is how to use them correctly (because you know, on his day, Di Maria is insanely talented with the ball at his feet).

Knowing LVG he will play him as a wing back.Pedro, on the other hand, would seem ideally suited to LvG's tactics.

I really dont understand him sometimes. Maybe the best is to get rid of him.

Highly inexperienced of you. You should've noticed the extra line of space after his last sentence. What's not to understand? He has his methods, which are obviously counterintuitive to what the internet thinks. Best to deal and kick on with the season.

Would you grab your boss like that?
I don't think Paris is safer than Manchester though.I don't think he wanted to come here in the first place. He likely wanted to join PSG last year but the move never materialized. Obviously the fear having his home broken into while he and his wife and kid were at home would provide ample reason for a family to move away.
Is the ref Di Maria's boss in that instance? He's not.
I'd prefer if the refs were not touched in any manner quite frankly but the truth is they are frequently without any punishment (see Joe Hart's incident or Sterling on Howard Webb).
