Ángel Di María | Transferred to PSG

His value may have dropped given that Di Maria has basically gone on strike. That and the fact that no other club seems to be interested. What negotiating power have we really got now?

A long contract for starters

Fine Di Maria heavily for a start and Woody can tell them to do one with that pathetic offer

This is the team who spent 50 mill on Luiz

You've just got to laugh at the low ball bidding by clubs propped up with oil money, pay the price or feck off.

When they bought Pastore and Sirigu, they missed some payments and they only respected the agreement, and I think paid everything when Palermo's owner talked about it in the press.

Exactly. I would put the price up every time they put in a derisory offer. If Luiz is worth 50million? Then they really don't have any way of trying to get him on the cheap. We'll just keep him and he will perform and probably apologize in time.

Classy, rather we sold him to Bayern but seems either he or they are not interested, shame.

This is hardly ideal in the run up to the addidas razzmatazz that'll happen on Saturday, wonder if we'll try and get Pedro done before then to lift the mood.

Why do we believe one Journo over countless other reports saying the fee is £46m? United wont entertain anything less than this and with the noises coming from PSG saying a deal is close I dont think they would send such an insulting offer through. Id rather keep him and let him play in the reserves than sell that cheap.

He does still have a contract here. Even though he wants to go, and PSG seem like the only club who are particularly interested, I think we've still got plenty of power in this one. I mean, it's in his interests to leave, so he's not going to want to spend a season sulking at a club whom he quite clearly doesn't want to play for.

I want rid of him now but obviously £28.5m is a ridiculously low offer and it should be treated with disdain from us.

They paid £40m for David Luiz!

Bayern Munich could become involved in this as well, they need to replace Robben and Ribery, they bought Costa and could go for ADM also.

Who the feck goes on strike to get a transfer from Utd to PSG? Absolute cretin.
Someone looking to make as much money for as little effort as possible.

My theory is that he won the CL and now just wants to focus on money making and didn't realize how demanding United would be.

Whens the gif coming out of ADM dressed as wheres wally? Wanting to go to PSG and now missing qualifies him for the honor.

I hope they do. If they make a decent offer I hope we accept that and cut off discussions with PSG. There's negotiating and then there's taking the piss.

I fully support something like bidding £8.2m for Thiago Silva.

I would much rather deal with Bayern and perhaps smooth relations with them for future transfers as they have some wonderful footballers who I would love to see don the red shirt of United (muller)

LvG does take some of the blame, we never handled him in the way a £60m player should be handled. We seem to be doing everything to keep De Gea but the effort lacks with regards to di Maria.

Was never a £60m player in the first place and you're acting like we are chasing him away.

And this little fella will again be stuck in a club he doesn't want to play for, dreaming of Paris all along

Went to Munich on a business trip last week, don't think he's going to find the city particularly impressive. It's all right. Not any warmer than Manchester either except Summer I imagine (was crazy hot there last week).

I think PSG must have included a player in the deal because a bid of £28m on it's own is a joke.
