The media seems to overestimate the prices as they said City will pay 70m for B.Silva and the deal ended with 43m only, so may be this will end with about 60m, just hoping, and it will the best reasonable price IMO.
Maybe the media adds the total amount of the players wages on top of the transfer fee? I've seen them do it before. I really don't understand where they get these figures from.

(more like PR stunt).
