A good-looking guy in Kambwala, at least. Mount is dearly missed in this department.
We did sign a CB.Could have signed a CB in the summer instead of Mount and not rushed Martinez back so that he got injured again.
Cant believe he's gone with the 1 holding and 2 attacking midfielders again it never works
Crazy if you think back ten years when moyes was sacked as United manager you’d never have thought he’d be favourite in a match against United with West Ham ten years laterFeck me. The moment I saw the lineups I thought I'd sneak in a cheeky punt on West Ham not to lose. Turns out the bookies already have them as faves.
How the mighty have fallen.
Somewhat amazing that McTominay and Bruno are deemed the first names in midfield this season despite what we have all been seeing in relinquishing control of midfield. Either they bang in some goals or one of them adequately stays as an 8, or else we are wide open to be penetrated again
True. It appears a lot of so called supporters don't follow the youth teams. It's extremely embarrassing reading posts asking who is Kambwala.
Alot if people don't have the time to dedicate to the youth teams.True. It appears a lot of so called supporters don't follow the youth teams.
There's at least 15 midfields better than ours in the PL.Can’t believe west ham have a better misfiled than us. What I would give to have that midfield
Hold on, who's that defender
But when you look at the other side of it where we look more functioned without him in attack. The last few games he’s started he’s lost the ball lots of times when attacking. When Rashford is in form and at his best there’s no doubt he’s very crucial for us but when he’s playing like he has been it’s pointless having him in the team. This is such a ludicrous take when you look at goals scored or xG created with him in and out of the side.
@MyOnlySolskjaer mate, could you please launch Kambwala performance thread?
My only concern. Mainoo will be left alone once more, we will be overrun and most likely, McT will have the least touchesMcTominay and Bruno in the same midfield again. Hasn't worked all season and a return to the open midfield.
Amrabat has been one of our better players recently so that makes no sense. McTominay plays like garbage nearly every game yet he’s there.Happy to see Amrabat dropped, indicating that there is still some correlation between performance and selection.
Shocker to see Kambwala in the starting XI. Presumably that means EtH is more comfortable with him in the CD than he is with Reguilon at left back. Which is a surprise.
Quick injury count: 1/3 LBs, 1/2 RBs, 4/5 CBs = 6/10 defenders.
Yes. And we sort of need performance threads for those who start EPL matches…Fecking hell? He’s starting?
It’s rather shocking. Hoped the manager might have adapted after the Liverpool performanceAnd that's in front of a debutant 19 y/o defender, away to West Ham.
We deserve everything coming our way today
What other way do you see it? He won't have either of them two sitting in I don't think. If we start today with Bruno and McT pushed super high with Mainoo and a rookie CB....
Look at that team and bench. ETH and Murtough have made an absolute balls up of this “rebuild”.
For who though?Easy win
