Painfully true. But it will be a good way for the new manager to win a trophy and then everyone will back him no matter how shit he is the following season

It absolutely isn't. Setting the team up to fail, again! Is unacceptable. No one really expects us to get anything at West Ham, so it’s a free hit.
I wasn’t referring to those in their right minds.I don’t think anyone in their right mind would blame Mainoo. The problems have been there the entire game and that’s on the manager. So fecking impotent in attack.
It's not cherry picking. It's not like we are only a few weeks into this season.
We've lost more games than we won nearly half way through the season.
Most losses ath this stage since something like the 1930s I think TNT said.
So it's not like our other managers we sacked where doing this....
Ignoring it or pretending it's cherry picking to create a narrative or something doesn't make sense.
Losing more games than you win half way through the season is unbelievably bad. None of our other managers would have been tolerated doing that is all.
but that's what I said: they made change, ETH didn't react, maybe did even realiseChange the word from PERSONNEL to TACTICAL and everything I said remains the same. We failed to get the fundamentals right in those two moments.
the "good" saves were nothing special - he was weak and cowardly with the first, he didn't do well to stop it at all. Drivel. Just dive at the guys feet and it's goal avoidedAn odd take away from this game. Onana made some good saves today, a reasonable performance and did well to save the initial shot from Bowen. He was unfortunate it’s deflected back of Bowen into the net. Not at fault for their second either

I think all contributed but I mainly agree with you. I just recall Jose always reacting when an opposition manager made changes. I think ETH could have done too - I just don't think he's flexible enough. There's no doubt the mistakes were to blame for the goals... but we were in control until Moyes tweaked thingsI understand that, but I'm saying, we didn't lose because ten Hag didn't react to the tactical change, we lost because of two silly errors.
Anyone can stop a shot directly at them, no movement is required. An odd take away from this game. Amrabat has been one of our better players recently so that makes no sense. McTominay plays like garbage nearly every game yet he’s there.
Don’t agree he was effective agaisnt Liverpool and contributed to our clean sheetYes he does, but Amrabat's performance against Liverpool was even worse than anything we've seen from McTominay this season. He's plainly downright overmatched on this level.

That was down to luckDon’t agree he was effective agaisnt Liverpool and contributed to our clean sheet
We will have to agree to disagree I think he played pretty well and I’d say was one of our better players."Effective"? He was chasing around like a winded chicken, constantly half a second behind, misplacing passes, and generally being a liability. Like a shit version of Fred. I'd go so far as to say that was the worst performance by a United midfielder this season.
Not really, we played okay for that result. Amrabat has been good recently and much better than his earlier showings. Probably just isn’t a nice fashionable option.,That was down to luck
