It's not like Martial isn't on the bench. Worst case Lingard plays shite in the 1st half and Martial comes on in the 2nd. Then again last time there was uproar with Lingard starting he had a world class assist.

Martial was one of four or five players absolutely busting a gut to win the game yesterday, and Mourinho can only rest so many players while still keeping his side strong. We have more serious options in wide areas than just about any other position, so I don't think it's unreasonable to pick him as the guy to rotate (though I am disappointed he's not starting).
Fresh pacy legs with great movement against a tired West Ham side, then replace him with more pace when he's run himself into the ground. It's a good move I reckon.Happy with the team
