Wow. What a young bench. Quite exciting to see if they can make a positive contribution.

No Yoro, I didn’t see he was out injured as well. Five players in a week, that’s crazy.

Hopefully Casemiro can turn back time for 90mins and the rest can stay fit.

Onana, Dalot, Mazraoui, Maguire, De Ligt, Dorgu; Casemiro, Fernandes; Zirkzee, Garnacho; Hojlund.

Well, at least I'll find out if I am right that Zirkzee might be the one to actually pass to Hojilund but that midfield is going to get swallowed up and spat out by Porro and Maddison.

I'd like Obi and Heaven (help us) to be given some time to see if they are up to it

Results are all that matters now. We cannot keep losing.

15th if we lose today. Everton away next before Ipswich. Lose them and we're fecked.

Dig out points however and wherever we can.

We don’t really have much left to aim for this season. A top-four finish is pretty much out of reach, and honestly, I think missing out on European competitions next season could be a blessing in disguise. It would give us the chance to focus fully on the league and domestic cups.

What matters now is seeing performances improve so that the board, players, and fans can go into next season with real belief in Amorim’s system. If we start picking up results while playing poor football, that would be a concern—especially considering Amorim is likely to make significant investments in the squad.

From INEOS’ perspective, they should be looking for clear signs of progress before backing him in the market. Otherwise, we risk repeating the same mistakes we saw under Ten Hag.

    You are always right.

Moorhouse has done well for the u21s recently, would be interesting to see how he does if he gets a cameo. Good at running with the ball and scored a hatrick, and another goal recently

Considering the insane amount of injuries, I guess this is, indeed, best we could do. Casemiro's no-legs is an obvvious and huge concern. My expectations for this game are very low. Maybe we can squeeze a draw, but most likely we could lose :(

Imagine being in Victor's shoes, watching everyone else old enough to buy a red bull start while he manages the cresh.

Exciting bench! Hoping to see a couple get some gametime and give us something to look forward to.

Amad is a miss, I'm just wishing another player can step up get us the goals needed.
Garnacho should start in his absence. We will find out in a bit who starts. Hojlund needs to step up get his head in the games.
Don't know what to expect from this game

Christ I’ve just seen our subs bench via FPL app. None of them have been photographed yet

Here’s hoping win, lose or draw some of them get a chance to make their mark.

Edit: As if that wasn’t bad enough Heaven is still wearing an Arsenal shirt

    Haven’t they heard of photoshop?

People just need to accept the loss today. If some of the youth come in and impress that's as a good of an outcome as we'll get

People keep saying we have no options, but let’s be real— even when we’ve had a full squad, we haven’t exactly been impressive. If we lose, Amorim might lean on that excuse, but it won’t fool me.

At this stage, results don’t concern me much. What matters is seeing a clear improvement in the team’s performances.
I’d imagine you are in the minority there. It’s all about results we need some sort of European football next season if only for financial reasons

Some on here said we were a bad injury to Mainoo and/or Garnacho away from losing our Academy record. Our bench is full of them today

It pains me to say it but the chickens have come home to roost as I previously warned because we were dumping players without bringing in any in the January window to replenish the depleted squad. . Our bench is now full of inexperienced kids by default rather than design.
More Old Trafford mismanagement. And asset stripping.

Fecking obscene that we've ended up with a squad like this after all the money we've spent. That lineup is laughable and the bench even more so.

Honestly we have very little to play for in the Prem so I'm just excited to see some of these youngsters tbh.

Looks like Dorgu might be getting used on the right again though which is slightly irritating.
