No one to play there ? Amad need some rest and Garnacho after his antics could not start.Controlled the game but find ourselves one nil down because of our own mistakes yet again. I’m sick of gifting bang average sides goals because of individual errors or sheer stupidity, if we’re undone by a bit of quality you can hold your hands up and say fair enough but the majority of the goals we concede are easily preventable which is very frustrating.
He played a couple of lovely balls late in the half but was terrible for the majority of it
Yes I mentioned this numerous times about Bruno outside of his right foot to shoot and pass, hopefully our coaches will have a word about this soon. At least he isn’t taking corners now.
Agree with thisBruno needs to try something other than the over-the-top diagonal balls, he's a great player but feels like he's a little too slow on the turn to get the quick pass away.
Antony is awful out wide and isn't moving the ball nearly quick enough to be usefulI think we’ve been the better side and it would be a proper gut punch to lose this.Antony is working hard and much improved over his worst periods, but he still offers nothing in the way of creativity or threat.

Eriksen had 2 copy-paste chances and had to take better shot at least in one of those 2 situations.
We'll bring on few players but not sure we'll get the result being 1-0 down. Amad, Garnacho and Mainoo players you could see having an impact. Surely at least one will come on as early as when 2nd half starts.

This game is calling out for GarnachoooSome encouraging signs despite the setbacks of being a goal down. Yoro, Ugarte, Mazraoui all playing well along with some lovely passes from Erikson, keeper looks terrified though.
Offloading Antony and Dalot in the summer should definitely happen as well loaning out Hojlund in order for him to learn how to score again.

Today yes, but last season and years before he literally thought defenders would just move away when he ran at them. And his lack of efforts comes from him believing he doesn’t have to work hard to be good.

Problem right now is the squad is just not good enough, once we get 3 or 4 decent replacements we should see a huge change in our performances.Ugarte has been immense, he has vastly become one of our most important players.Played well, stick to the principles we’re working with and it’ll come, feels like a goal will decide the game either way.
Eriksen has been ace, Dalot has found him with a few lovely balls and Bruno is causing them a lot of problems.
Would like to see us get more players in the box when we push on is my only criticism, often spurs have 5 back and it’s just Hojlund in there on his own.

He’s a very ordinary footballer at PL level only amplified by him being physically unable to use his right foot for anything.Antony seems to lack confidence, but he wasn't that bad, he at least try to put some criteria.
Bruno is on ketamine and forgetting (sometimes, he Habilitated pretty well Dalot more than one time) that are his mates the ones that "makes the pass", not him. He lost Licha ina great incursion, eriksen and others trying time and again to be fancy without even the necessary weight and direction the ball need it to what he tried to do.Time to give Bruno and Maz a rest.

And Bruno. These two should enter world’s weakest man competition. I guarantee they both would come out 1 and 2, just don’t know which one where.Eriksen has been good overall but he’s probably had our best chances and fluffed them.We can easily turn the result around with few changes.We actually look miles better despite playing a wingback formation and having no decent ones.
Looking forward to seeing it all come together, we are only 3 or 4 signings away (our latest have been very good).Each game just highlights even more our need for a LWB. Dalot is trying his best to fill in there but even in his natural position on the right he isn’t the greatest going forward but on the left he literally offers nothing going forward. He’s got so much space out there but the final ball is lacking every time.We had 0 shots on target so far. We will get better the second half
How have we controlled the game? Spurs look like they want it more and the difference between the strength of our players and theirs is astounding.

The strange thing is that Bruno can actually pass to a decent level on his left, it’s simply stupidity to continue doing this crazy low percentage execution.
He could do a lot better in some situations but that wasn't a terrible half by him in any way. Worked his arse off as usual and played some fantastic balls and got in some good positions. He was fine.
