My commentator missed the part where RVP hit the crossbar and went bloating about him missing the target by a mile at that attempt. We have created like 3 or 4 chances compared to our usual 1-2 chances per half, its hardly been free flowing attacking football here.
Young has had a better season than Di Maria. Much better. Di Maria, aside from the assist, has been horrible today. Can't even do the basics right. Di Maria as a winger isn't good enough. We might as well have kept Nani.
All of our threat today has come down the left with Shaw and Di Maria. Literally all of it. We need to sort out the right side. Put Young on for Fellaini ( red card risk) and move Herrera inside. Once again people letting little mistakes mask the bigger picture of the game which is that the only time we've looked threatening is down the left.
It's because we have to play RVP. LVG always handicaps his team by starting RVP.
The form table suggests otherwise, Swansea have been poor in recent weeks and Palace have been on the up under Alan Pardew.

Well, we didn't look like a random Sunday league team of full kit wankers this first half, which is a pretty massive improvement - we're actually pretty entertaining going forward. RvP doesn't look up for it though, I'd like to see Mata on for him if he hasn't done feck all the first ten, and hopefully some neat link ups between Fellaini, Rooney and Mata. McNair looks a bit lost as well.Bloody nervous here. Di Maria has offered nothing down the left side. We've been playig well on the left despite Di Maria being there. How can you not see that?

Yep agree but this should be versus Burnley etc at home, not away to Swansea but goes to show where we are at right now. £150m spent and praying for Young to come on and Valencia to start (something can't be right)We are actually threatening going forward but I fear our woeful defense will let us down.
