This is shit. Getting totally outplayed, can't even say we are dominating possession like usual. Stupid mistake for Memphis for the first goal, and their second was unstoppable. They deserve it though, and that's the damning thing. Can't get excited at the thought of Rooney coming on in the second half either.

It is depressing how everything can be so predictable. The players we knew were going to hurt us did just that (Bojan, Arnautovic and Shaqiri). Like seeing your worst nightmare happening in front of your eyes and there is nothing to do to stop it.

LVG is completely lost..

He signals to Rooney at half time when the team started to improve in the last 20 minutes of the game. Players who don't play together often needed some time to sync with each other. AH & JM started to link up well and Martial with Depay were starting to click.

2 freak goals from stoke should not cause a manager with any sort of plan to change his strategy. On the rare occasion he ventures from his "process" he give it a few minutes and as soon as it does not work right away he panics and reverts to type..

Hmm were 2 nil down away what should we do.. I know lets slow our attack down by putting our slowest and worst performing player..
