I hope that Onana penalty save will go down as a massive turning point in our season. Fine lines but we need to seize control of this game.

I still have this feeling that ETH is not a fan of Amad and he'll be dropped again after one bad performance.

Start of th first half looked like we were not interested, but one of the commentators noted that we had set up differently and discussed whether this was based on how Southampton have played in previous matches.

I know it's hard but maybe, just maybe our management had a plan?

Can we enjoy good performances without having to try and have a go at others?

So according to you score counters, where are we at?

Onana haters - in the mud
Dalot haters - chilling in the pool
Martinez haters - teetering on the brink of the mud
De Ligt haters - drowning under a horrible mudslide
Mazraoui haters - teetering on the brink of the mud
Eriksen haters - jumping like maniacs between the mud then the pool?
Mainoo haters - teetering on the brink of the pool?
Bruno haters - one foot in the mud from time to time
Rashford haters - dragged from the pool and tossed unceremoniously into the mud
Zirkzee haters - in the mud
Amad haters - in the mud

Honestly, what's wrong with you people? Enjoy the game and the fact that our players are doing well

"Can we try and enjoy the game without having a go at eachother"

Proceeds to type out a list saying people who aren't fans of certain players are "in the mud"

    Is this twitter?

Have we changed named from Moments FC?

People who genuinely believe that clearly don't watch a lot of other teams. You'd think every goal scored by other teams is a team passing move. Teams get goals like what Utd got today all the time, Liverpool, Arsenal, City they all get those goals.

TNT still moaning about how long Archer had to wait to take the penalty. They really hate that Utd are 2-0 up, utter cnuts.

That's the point I'm making - what's this nonsense about being in the mud or not?

We've got to go on and dominate them in the 2nd half. Another 2-3 goals. Kill off the game.

Thats the only way I'd be convinced we've even begun to turn the corner.

The entire offense has run through Amad today.

If I’m ETH, even though Rashford has been shit for a year, I’d probably leave him on in hopes that he finally gets going after that goal. He started to finally get involved late into the half. If he starts to go back into a shell, yank him.
I actually agree and I’m not rashfords biggest fan. We need him to come good this season, it’s clear that he needs confidence. Soon as he got a few runs on during this game you could see the spring in his step and the goal was very good.

Hate to be negative after the last 15 minutes, but it worries me how much confidence affects our levels. We’re knocking it around like prime Barca now, when we looked down and out before the goal. There’s something lacking mentally.

Well confidence is a big part of football. If a players start doubting themselves and second guess everything then it will have an effect on performances.

It's also about Southampton's confidence, they missed a penalty and then got sucker punched by 2 goals all within 15 minutes when they were being clearly the better team.

Just a realistic agenda rather than pour scorn on the new scapegoats.
It's possible to watch a game without having to belittle the involvements of players that produce during said game.
I was always under the impression that agendas are a bad thing entirely. But this sounds as if some agendas would be ok. Not sure whether I would subscribe to that. There are like 100 posters or more in here on a matchday, I don't really see the need to try to push the tone into one direction. Just ignore the stuff you feel is wrong. The outcry about "negativity" is just at least as tiresome as the negativity itself.

It’s imperative we score a 3rd goal, as they will score and if it’s 2-0 we will implode
