Howard Webb explained his points well then. Even if you disagree you can't argue with his reasoning, wish we had more refs come out and explain decisions.

    Owen Hargreaves is a plank.

"It's not a penalty because he's stretching out his arm to grab Fellaini, not to stop the ball".

... err Owen... he's not allowed to grab the player either you knob.
Did he actually say that?

How if Fellaini close to a red? Hasn't fouled anyone since getting a yellow.

he grabbed that ginger but the ref didn't see it. but he is one wiggy type foul from going. oh and he's shit

Shocked by how decent we have been. There were no signs that United would come out and play well at the weekend. We have actually been good. Maybe not great but solid.

We look superb on the counter. When Herrera is given time and space to pick up the ball and hit the runs of Martial, Rooney and, to a lesser extent, Lingard we have really had Newcastle on the back foot. Given Newcastle have lost four on the bounce maybe we should expect to have them on the ropes. Still, we lost to Bournemouth and Norwich not long ago...

Very good intensity and I like the shape of our attack. I just hope we don't get spooked by Newcastle's goal and sit on the lead in the second half. The last time we won the title there were plenty of close away wins e.g. 3-2 at Southampton in the last minute, 4-3 at Reading in the first half. Let's just keep attacking, we can score more against these if we kept at it.

I dont think we are playing well, not in the intentional sense anyway.

Like I said earlier, we cant keep the ball today, which means Newcastle have more of the ball and move up to our half more. This means we have a lot more space to attack than we would normally have if it was us that was dictating the game.

Glad to see Lingard justifying his place in the team. i hope he gets a nice run in the team now. We look much more dangerous.

Bring on who? We have no other midfielders to use. Pereira doesn't play that deep and Weir is a reserve player

Either would be a decent option -or maybe even Mata. Fellaini will probably get sent off with this ref/crowd

trying to think of a better one but i couldn't and we haven't scored many. looked like park to chich v chelsea a million yrs ago.

I'd say it's the best, thinking about it some more. That Herrera header against Everton from Rojo's cross was good. Martial's header at CSKA also.

Edit: How could I forget Martial vs. Liverpool? :wenger:

Heading the ball back into the box is only going to invite players onto it, you don't see Smalling or Blind heading the ball back in to box from that position do you? They head the ball away from the box. If Fellaini did that in the opposition box that would be great but to do it in your own box is an assist, its suicide.

Haha...1..if he didn't get there it was a free header
    2. He did well running backward to get his head to it as it want free header
    3. Stop being a cnut

Celebrated Lingard's goal like it was 2007 all over again. It's been a while.
was actually expecting Rooney to feck it again but he did really well, almost vintage rooney! and after Lingards goal, I was almost in tears, haha good game after a while

I think the lack of Schweinstiger and getting Herrera involved on our build up have been very beneficial.

Yep alot of sheep in here. I don't want to fit in cause you're all cnuts haha
Serious clumsy as he is he has put a good shift in. It's Morgan the one that is reading the paper.
Can't say stuff like tha, Morgan can't do anything wrong.

I'm not sure you're capable of creating your own opinion.
He has been miles better than Schniederlin tonight.
Oh I'm more than capable. Fellaini is lucky to be on the field after that shirt pull, just before Newcastle penalty claim. Losing possession on several occasions with bad passes, terrible positioning most of the time, bypassed easily not mobile enough.

Yes Schneiderlin was wank this half as well, but Fellaini is a walking liability.

Not really our fault if Newcastle are playing shite though, you can only beat the team put in front of you. 2 goals is 2 goals and the second one was probably the best we've scored all season.
No doubt. Not our fault they are poor but I don't think we've been particularly good either.

    Owen Hargreaves is a plank.

"It's not a penalty because he's stretching out his arm to grab Fellaini, not to stop the ball".

... err Owen... he's not allowed to grab the player either you knob.

He's a bitter mate I'd ignore his commentary as he can't be impartial. I'm listening to Chris Waddle and he's a plank and his co-commentator shouted get in that's more like it when Newcastle scored! Then said obviously for the game not just Newcastle or something like that!

Bloody hell - didn't realize Carrick is injured or something. Fellaini harshly got a yellow and he is not going to get any sympathy from Dean so needs to be very careful but, can't see what options we have unless Rooney drops deep and we bring in maybe Memphis.

Someone needs to tell Schneiderlin that the game kicked off a while ago. Not sure where he was for the Newcastle goal.

You're wasting your breath. This lot only want to blame Fellaini. Morgan trotted out.

Howard Webb certainly put them in their place didn't he.

Fellaini needs to go off. If Newcastle step up in the second he will be sent off in the 46'

Forgot what an absolute tit Robbie Savage is.

Decent threat but you just know someone in our team is liable to have a brainfart at any given time.

Better from Rooney, showed class with that assist. Fellaini boils my piss!!!!!
