Alli is basically a second striker these days and Pogba is playing as one of the deeper cm's. Pretty big difference.Let's do this lads!

Because Aili is not a CM - he is more of an AM or second striker. Try putting Aili in a midfield 2, tackling, passing long and dictating play. He will flop.
