    Yep, now I'm concerned for Martial. After that preseason, he's just been ignored. Not good early signs.

    Yeah, you have a point there. But could still happen. I've noticed Mourinho liked putting Mata alongside Lukaku.
     
    Wtf is the deal with those new images Sky show before each game? Like someone's ramped up the HDR settings on photoshop.
     
    If we play with midfield two, Matic will good as toasted in few games.
     
    Why dint Mata start vs real Madrid. We would have played a whole lot better.

    Herrera wasn't b2b: his remit was to be the defensive one.

    Pogba played the same role last season and he was the suck. There's no reason in what you said to think he'll be any better. We suck.

    Lukaku simply must score, i captained him on my fantasy team and I've rough first matchweek

    Interesting line up if that's true
     
    Looking forward to seeing how well Lukaku / Pogba link up, I think Matic will be Utds best signing this summer. Still think Utds attack is a level below where it should be mind. I don't think there is enough firepower to win the league at all.
     
    We'll learn a lot today. As disappointing as the lack of attacking reinforcements was this summer, the season will be defined by how well the players from last season improve.

    Lukaku should do well this season imo, so it'll be the performances of Rashford, Mkhi, Mata and Martial that will decide whether we scrape our way to 50 odd goals again or head towards the 80+ we'd need for a title challenge.
