Rafael probably MOM for me.We need to sort out our mentality. Most big teams with good team spirit actually at times get better with 10 men, we just look like we are playing Barca when we have a player sent off. You expect to lose a bit of possession but come on.Full credit to them, battled for a long time and limited them to a couple of chances.

I think after last week, we should make no complaints. We held, we won .... much better mentality than last week where we just feel apart.The defence deserve absolute admiration for their incredible performances today. Rafael and McNair in particular were fantastic for the entire game. We deserved the win and I'm delighted we got it. I'm going to give my MOTM award to McNair simply because making the step up with a performance like that is simply amazing, though Rafael was our best player today imo. A shout out to Herrera who was also excellent today. 3 points lads!Teamwork !!

Rooney almost undid all of our hard work in the first half in just a second of stupidity.SOOOO happy we won against them, the ref was going their favour today.Rojo looked very good at CB. Shaw was great too. Actually the Whole back 4 were great!!! Hopefully this will spur us on to be a lot more confident in our defending. Huge result for us in the face of adversity and the team showed plenty of backbone today.
Silly by Rooney but I thought it was a bit harsh to show a red. The referee could have sent off sakho if standards were the same! Seems like we get absolutely no decisions at all.

He was great going forward in the first half, and then when we went a man down he got back and defended majestically. All our defenders did well and put in a shift today.Can't stop thinking that if we'd won last week, things would be looking great right now.
