    I hope he goes something along the lines of the above, resting Bruno, Rashford, Pogba, AWB.
     
    Could admins please add Amad Diallo to the options for selection? Maybe he will feature vs Watford...
     
    Shame about reports of Pellistri testing positive if the reports are true and he was due to get some minutes..
     
    Hopefully rest Bruno and Rashford, give Donny/Mata and maybe James some game time. Potentially give McT a couple of games off too, would like him available for the Liverpool game as a priority.

    Should be able to put this game away without our strongest XI on the pitch. Care more about FA Cup than League Cup. Fingers crossed we win, then our next 6 are all league games.

    A rest for Bruno and Rashford is needed but i fear Ole off the back of a defeat might make them play.

    Personally I think we will see him soon, because we need improvement on the right wing now. But he must be fit to play, and only coaching team may judge on his fitness, not us, supporters...

    It will. Galbraith and Elanga deserve a chance too, if they're fit. We already know what Matic and James will (probably won't) offer. If he plays Lingard too I give up.

    It's pretty funny that Garner is (well) first choice at Watford. And they will probably rotate a bit. Still, Ole won't play any youth player here because he's afraid. No way he will play Galbraith or Elanga, they won't even be in the squad.

    Probably true. Maybe with luck one of them can be selected and get 4 minutes at the end, if we're winning by 2 or more.

    Amad will not play, has yet to train with the team, Pellistri has Covid, Ighalo will feature.
    Other candidates for inclusion are Eric Bailly, who played four consecutive games over Christmas and New Year before missing the Carabao Cup semi-final with Manchester City on Wednesday.

    Jesse Lingard could also feature. The England international has only played twice this season, and has not featured since the League Cup tie at Brighton in September, but could return against Watford, a side who were on the receiving end of one of his greatest goals back in 2017.

    Ole reported no other injury concerns while speaking to the media before Saturday's game – a welcome boost ahead of a busy eight days that also includes Premier League trips to Turf Moor and Anfield, to face Burnley and Liverpool, respectively.
     
    The Hornets released an official injury update yesterday (Thursday), and announced that two injury doubts have returned to full training this week: former United defender Craig Cathcart and forward Joao Pedro.

    However, they remain without Domingos Quina, Isaac Success and Stipe Perica, who are all at various stages of their rehabilitation from hamstring problems. Defender Christian Kabasele is also expected to miss the trip to Old Trafford, having played no part in Watford's last two games due to a knee problem, which the Hertfordshire club are continuing to assess.

    Seriously, though, I have no good guess as to who he's going to put out there, but you know Watford's gonna raise their game for this. They're only 5 months out of the PL and in the EFL playoff spots, so they're dangerous enough.
     
    Seems a bit pointless to let Romero leave on a free when we could have got £10m for him i reckon.

    Rotate but have a strong bench just encase.

    Having been eliminated from the league cup, the last thing Ole will want is a shock result against Watford.

    Shame about Pellestri as I imagine he'd have come off the bench.
