Some of those players should be first ones out in January. I also agree that if you just throw a load of players out there who have very rarely played together or with anyone else to be fair it will not be great.We got through the game. It wasn't pretty, but the job got done.
Its a joke how toxic this place can be after our B team just won & progressed to the next round.Job done, but I’m really disappointed in Greenwood, James and Lingard, but especially Greenwood. Mata and VdB had no one of any quality to play the ball through to.
Greenwood is going through the predictable “sophomore slump” but James and Lingard need to be sent away as soon as possible.

I was just thinking though that if that was Henderson vs an opposition player and he didn’t quite get the ball he would be sent off but if it was against Bailly would he still get sent off?Definitely not a classic, but job done and good to see Donny get some minutes and thankfully Bailly seems to be okay. Hard game for a lot of these players to come in to, no match rhythm or sharpness, so not surprising that the game was pretty flat. Having said that, Dan James - seems like a great lad, but he's not a United player. Would do much better going somewhere with lower standards and less pressure. Jesse needs a fresh start too - just seems to run around a lot without actually contributing anything. A new team could see him get some form back.- Status
