If you Google “Mason Greenwood problems “ you will see plenty of supposed informed speculation about his attitude to training and time keeping. Some say it’s his lack of application and dedication that has caused the club to hold back on offering a new contract. I don’t know if this is true but I guess younger players are prone to reading these articles and they must struggle to deal with the negative vibes.
He’s surrounded by good role models so hopefully their influence will rub off on him.
