    If Van De Ven is back we lose this, if they line up with Emerson and Dragusin as their CB pairing then we have a chance, our attackers other than Garnacho are absolutely pathetic but Spurs do concede a lot of chances.
     
    After the Villa game United can win games it’s proven. Garnacho, Manioo turn it on and we’ve got a chance. Bruno, Rashford will stink as usual but they may contribute something. If everything comes together then we can win a football match.
     
    Never thought I would think that it will be good to have Harry coming back soon. Relying on Evans and Varane with big Will as backup is worrying.
     
    We should have won this game earlier in the season when we had the blatant handball knocked back and we were the better team.
    Two one victory for us is my prediction.
     
    We'll win this with relative ease given that Spurs play a high line and Rashford & Bruno generally shine against teams which leave ample space behind. Rashford can run in behind and Bruno usually has good vision to find his man in open space.

    2-1 or 3-1 to us.

    Yes i remember the game, we had good control and chances. We dint take them and then the awful handball not given.
    They scored and we just capitulated. Hopefully we can take our chances now.
     
    So Spurs are missing ben davies, lo celso, romero, madders, perisic through injury. Son and Bissouma are at AFCON.

    Romero likely to play I reckon.
     
    Should be an easy win for United, but some how they will manage to make it difficult.

    Romero, VDV, Maddison, Perisic, Davies, Lo Celso, Solomon all injured. Son, Sarr, Bissouma all away playing for their country. Bentancur and Sessegnon just returned from very long injury layoffs, probably cannot do the full 90min. Too early for Dragusin and Werner you would think, wouldn't have much of a clue on patterns of play etc. Who do Spurs even have left? Big Ange will have to sub himself into the defence.

    Fecked up our whole season that penalty.

    I’d be shocked if Cas or Martínez started.I’d still be surprised to see them get any minutes. You can’t be out for months and jump back into a game against a good team like spurs. I wonder if he’s just saying it to keep spurs on their toes.
     
    Ange has proven himself to be a capable manager but they are severely weakened by injuries, especially Son and Maddison. As for us, we need to build on the win against Wigan. This will be an entertaining game, and I think we are going to win it this time. They are the only type of team we can play against. Hoping the crowd is up for this.

    You surely can. It’s Spurs reserves. At the very least, we shall start Casemiro instead of McTominay, but it’s also advisable to start Martinez over Evans

    I think this is a misreading of Ten Hag's comments. Pretty sure he said Casemiro, Martinez and Shaw are back in training, before moving on to those who should be available for the weekend. No indication that those named above will play any part in this game.
     
    Expecting a loss but I got a feeling hojlund may bag his second EPL goal. 3 1 to spurs.
     
    I can't see him risking Casemiro, Martinez or Mount.
    Maybe he will ease them in during the Cup game

    Doesn't mean they will be in squad,remember what Erik is like when players are coming back from injury. I suspect in the end we might see Eriksen and Shaw back but that's probably it. Would be such a psychological boost to just have them Casemiro & Licha on the bench like City with De Bruyne two weeks ago

    We're just inconsistent, as if anything, earlier in the season you could bank on us eeking a result from a game against teams lower in the league table, however, I think we've even stopped doing that recently! :lol:
