Eriksen is an absolute dream to play against.How this clown got managerial roles at two top clubs in two different countries with near-universal adulation is absolutely a Netflix series.
Garnacho is the only player in our squad who is not having a shocking season one way or the other. It is rarely a weird coincidence when that happens.Should've won despite Spurs having most of the possession.
I did worry about Mainoo as the sole defensive midfielder. A midfield of Bruno and Eriksen or SMT will invite pressure. It lacks balance, authority.
Bruno is not undroppable ( if that's a word...)
its just a complete lack of energy from him - he's passive, slow and easy to press. Bruno and Mainoo were trying their hardest to compensate.The usual weaknesses were exposed, shit at corners both defending and taking. Same with set pieces and a vacant midfield most of the time. Still can't see how the guy pulling Garnacho back with both hands isn't a foul and therefore a penalty when Eriksen layed one hand on Richarlison who went down, as if Tyson Fury had hit him, whilst looking at the useless ref and he got a free kick! Still a poor team but in typical United fashion, we could and should have won it with McT's two chances.
