I wonder if SAF is at the game
Probably true yeah. If we had Hargreaves in his prime, he would be perfect for that role.Back in the day, maybe. He's not got the legs for it anymore I think. Holding midfielder suits him perfectly in his current situation.
Cleverley injured or dropped?
Again, a silly statement. Mine, or Jamie Redknapp's view is irrelevant right now. Anyone can say what they see based on things as they stand.
Did you have a favourite for the WC before the tournament? Or did you decide to wait till the final before doing that?
Definitely. He'd pretty much ideal.Probably true yeah. If we had Hargreaves in his prime, he would be perfect for that role.
No they didn't. They won the tittle.Last year they failed miserably though.
Don't think I could take that for nine months and I really want a solid defence.Who needs defense with you plan to win 10-8?
Great to see Louis straight away freshening things up a bit by starting some of the youngsters something like that was badly wanted. I doubt he'd start them if he thought they weren't up for it either so I'm not worried.
I don't see the issue with the team. The only change could have been at right back. And Lingard actually did very well when he played there in pre season. What's with the negativity? It's a decent side, and it is home against Swansea. Man the feck up people!

They're probably just trying to get a gig as an expert on BT Sport.Looking at the twitter comments on the BBC live updates page really does make you realise just how dense the average football fan is.
Swanite said:Paul Scholes ...what an annoying prick. No wonder he was one of footballs quiet men ...he can just about string a fckn sentence together!! Wan ker!!
Rooney and De Gea are the only World Class players in that lineup. Shows how thin our squad currently is.
"We aspire to be like BT Sport"David moyes on BeinSports now, not a bad job.
This is exciting. Another step into the unknown with so many questions to answer. Amazing how we have so many injuries already but some of these young players have earned this opportunity. Blackett and Lingard are potentially good enough. But our defence is gonna get tested to destruction against pace and power. Swansea have a few attackers with those attributes.
Cant see us keeping a clean sheet as much as I'd like to. But I still agree we need to invest in a bit more proven class while we still can. We should have enough for today though.

Looks like a 2nd round Capital one cup team haha, But it's great to see Blackett and Lingard get their chances after a great pre season, Hopefully they take their chance now!
