    So 25 mins in and we still haven't had a shot on goal. All too familiar with this formation.

    Elia find space down United's right, his cross deflects to the edge of the box and Rooney forces the ball back to De Gea. He came through the back of Davis to win the ball but the referee doesn't give the free-kick.
    Can't stand those balls from Rooney. Get him up front and move di Maria back.
     
    Shaw is really reluctant to take on Clyne. Really need to improve his forward runs so he can be somewhat Evra-like.
     
    Unsure about Blind playing as a left centre back. Would rather have him switch places with Shaw.
    Hoping Rojo isn't match fit instead of simply not being selected.
     
    Rooney's switch pass hasn't worked once today. Even the media are picking up on it now, So full backs are expecting it.

    Why do we go for the dream ball every single time? its always a 30 yard hit either from midfield or defence up towards the striker its fecking shit.
     
    Need to swap Rooney & Di Maria and end this 3-5-2 nonsense. No need for subs, just a formation change please!
     
    Hard to tell who's doing worse so far, clueless Dowd or clumsy Rooney.

    Has Shaw ever played CB? I prefer Shaw as a LB to Blind - he's just as good defensively but he has more pace. Blind is great on the ball but slow, much better suited to a ball-playing CB role.

    Same here. And he's just got back from injury too, so I must say I'm suprised that he gets chosen infront of Blackett as LB.
