It's like LVG never left. It's extremely worrying.We've been alright. Mistakes when we've been in good positions have let us down.How can here only have been 6 minutes injury time added on to that first half when the Lukaku incident on it's own was for over 6 and a half minutes. The twat couldn't wait to blow his whistle at the end.How the hell did the referee not see the penalty?People need to get this in perspective. That was a horrible cross by Mikhi over the head of Young but why is everyone ignoring what happened next?
Mata collected the ball on the wide right without anyone in sight. All he needed was to pass to Young all alone inside their box and yet as usual he refused to do that and brings the ball inside into a congested area where eventually Matic took a shot. If Mata had passed to Young, he was free all alone. And Mata was all alone too so there was no Southampton player close by either of them.
I just can't wrap my head around the fact we are lining up these 3 up front after all those millions spent.As bad as the Van Gaal days that performance. Static players, no movement. No width. How the f8ck can we not have any out and out wingers at our club
Three very good chances, Lukaku, Rashford and Lingard all had headers they should have done better with.
Our problem is we don’t attack with numbers and they always have to do too much.

Yeah I guess. Was just naming players who have done alright, but makes sense. We've had plenty of good openings and then Miki just completely fecking up. Rashford hasn't been as bad, but also been wasteful overall.

No. Typical Mourinho team with absolutely no good attacking drills on the game. He got De Bruyne and Salah before and he just can’t bring the best out of the attacker.Even if we deserved to be ahead, that was nowhere near good enough.
I can't believe how poorly coordinated our frontmen are. If we ever manage to get into good positions, you can be sure that the wrong decision will be made or the final ball won't be made properly. Southampton are another midtable team that looks much better organized when going forward.
Shaw and Young played well. Pogba was excellent but I think he's the type of player whose quality is so high that he'll do so now matter who he's playing with.
Mkhitaryan is clearly finished here. United seem to have an uncanny knack for buying highly-regarded players only to see them decompose before our eyes.But what do you really think of him?

Yes we did, just because we didn't do enough in attack doesn't mean we didn't control the game, Southampton had one decent chance, everything else we dealt with and if our finishing was better Lingard and Lukaku would have both scored.- Status
