Early goal in the second half please then get Carrick off.Our intensity dropped by half when the second goal went in. We aren't even keeping the ball well. In fairness we could've hit them on the counter three or four times. Still, there's not the level of control we usually have. Maybe 4231 leaves us more open and vulnerable?We probably could've scored about 5 in that half. Good half from everyone really, rashfords finishing a bit off but he's playing well. Martial a constant threat but decision making a bit off on occasion. Rooney should get one more by the end of the game to get the record too, more chances in this.Decent first half performance from us (finishing and final ball aside), all made easier by Reading totally bottling it. If we can get a third early on we need to get Carrick off.
He's not been up for sale. Every manager that has come here has said so and has played him.Good first half, enjoyed that, created plenty of chances, should of put a couple more away , but that is easy to say sat here.Good half from us but should really be farther ahead, Rashford needs a goal it will do his confidence the world of good.

The only time he could potentially be accused of that is when he rounded the keeper and could have squared it to Martial, except no striker would have not taken the shot then.

Have you seen the chances he's missed to set up goals and score? Btw I'm one of Rashfords biggest fans, for those who think I don't like him or am giving him a hard time, I've followed him in the youth teams before most of you even knew he existed. I believe he's a future star for us, but given the opportunities to be decisive in assisting or scoring that he's missed this game, I can't understand how people are thinking he's played well. He's got fantastic ability we know that and he shows that all the time so stop being so protective. If he wants to be trusted in the PL on a regular basis he can't feck up all these key moments where the team should be converting.Since everyone but Rooney and Martial hasn't scored, they haven't played well?

Both Martial and Rashford have been a bit too over exuberant in the box imo. They need to calm down and make better decisions.
