How long was smalling put for again? Without him we look a shambles at the back, and we can't have that else won't be able to achieve another 0-0.

Gonna wait on a few injury updates before predicting a score.

Smalling played vs Wolfsburg and we looked a state at the back too. Let's not paint him as a saviour.

Usually going into this sort of game i would be thinking about how many goals we will score, now it's expecting it to be a shit game and hoping we score. Its pretty sad really.

Show a little faith, lads, we're playing at home. We're gonna 0-0 these fools.

    De Gea
    Varela-McNair-Jones-Blind
    Schneiderlin
    Young-Herrera-Mata-Memphis
    Martial

subs: Romero, CBJ, Carrick, Fellaini, Pereira, Powell, Rooney?

It'd kick off for sure if that happened. Think it will unless we win.

I never boo the team/manager inside OT, but if that happenes I'll find it difficult to keep my cool...

Though that would make me everything that the Caf hate...

Yeah I'm the same. I'll still support the team for the 90 minutes but not sure I'll be joining in with the LVGs army chants, if they are even sung. Losing to Norwich would be a new low, can't see that happening.

At home so I'm going for 0-0 or 1-1, that's how good we are!

PSV are a confident side, third in their league table, and Bournemouth had found a surge of team spirit rescuing a draw against Everton and beating Chelsea. We should still expect to beat Norwich.

To be fair, Norwich would probably finish top 3 in the Eredivisie.

Hopefully Herrera will be fit to make the bench and if Lingard is out Pereira should get a start.

The team will know if they lose, Lvg will be on the brink i think if they want they can get him sacked after this game. It wil be a test if Lvg has support of the players and how much do they give for him. Any lack of effort you can say it will be clear he has lost everything, good effort will result in showing he has full teams support.

Anything other than a win and the clamour for him to go will be deafening.

And to be honest I wouldn't fancy us against anybody at the moment. Any reasonably organised team prepared to have a go could get a result against us right now.

Another 70% ball possession. Another poor game ahead of us. Horrible to watch, painful. And once again nothing from the pitch.

The side is still decimated with injuries and I think that we'll still find it difficult to break Norwich.

    -----------------------------De Gea-------------------------------
    Varela---------------Jones-----------Blind----------------Bo-jack
    -----------------------------Carrick--------------------------------
    Memphis-------------Mata-----------Fellaini---------------Young
    ------------------------------Martial-------------------------------

    0-0 until the 60th minute.
Young will be off injured, replaced by Pereira
74th mins, Mata off for Powell
    Game Over

I think we will be OK. I pitched for 2-0. De Gea will be extra sharp and the lads will be better organised. Carrick needs a couple of games to warm his old bones, so he may well step up if he plays. A couple of goals from Martial would be nice for my fantasy squad. Got to stay positive lads.

Slowly loosing my patience and confidence in LVG... I really dont know how Giggs can seat there next to him and watch this crap. I want to be optimistic and hope for United to really go out and atleast score a goal and win the game but i cant see it happening. The regulation candiates can see United are not what they used to be, fear factors gone so they can feel points are up for grabs. Not good...

    Manchester United 1 - 2 Norwich City

If they set up to frustrate they are an efficient and hard working outfit. If they come for an open game you'll kill 'em.

You'll know what they're doing by whether Redmond starts or not.

Don't see how we are going to beat Norwich. That's how far my expectations have dropped. Predicted the scoreline against Bournemouth and could see a repeat here.

I think we will scrape it 1-0 which will give LVG an extra few weeks. Lose and I think he has 2 games to save his job.
