    Really just think we have a lot of players that aren't good enough but I'd go with the below, I want wingers in the wingback and more defensive nous in the two 6 positions.

    The first game we’re going to start Casemiro in about 6 PL games is against Newcastle and their XL bully Joelinton and those other hackers in there. Just our luck

    Think this is likely but I worry we'll see a pair of fullbacks on the wings again.
     
    I can’t see us not getting pumped. Mainoo will get bullied in midfield and Casemiro hasn’t got the legs to partner him.

    Bruno/Joelinton/Tonali will dominate in the middle.

    The lineup I'd like to see. Licha is starting to be a problem at the back and Eriksen can do the Bruno role. Amad as a RWB is better for the team as well

    Edit: Antony for Amad and Amad for Eriksen might work as well...
     
    Anything other than a loss would be very surprising, but it is what it is. I'm calm about our current plight.
     
    Bad time to play Newcastle. They are on a good run and scoring for fun as well.

    And upfront they have Isak and Gordon.

    I have debated with several posters recently who think that we are at least as good. Unbelievable.
     
    Games getting harder. These then Liverpool. What an awful run through Christmas we’ve had. To think how close we should be to the top 5. So annoying

    I would pick wingers as our two wide players and hopefully we can control the game better, Amad needs to go to right wing back again.

    I'm clutching at straws if I'm being honest, our squad is terrible. I predict a 3-1 loss, we will get a goal somehow then concede a set piece and collapse as per.

    Their front 3 of - Murphy Isak Gordon is going to cause havoc.

    Hope De Ligt is back as we will be a bit better with him in the team, and would give Antony another game at WB too. He'll probably be shit, but at least he's more of a forward threat.
     
    0-5 I think. I don't expect we'll score any goals and our current confidence level might mean the floodgates open wide.
     
    We desperately need some wins and good performances. Clueless as to why Amorim dropped Mazraoui as rcb and Amad as rwb. That's what made us work so that's really my only hope in the XI.
     
    We are not good and they're in form. I can't see us winning. We are going to finish lower half and deserve to.
