Its the players. If you come here, you have to start the likes of Rashford & Bruno (and now in combination with Mount and the rest). There isn't a modern system that doesn't have some sort of pressing and accurate passing, of which Rashford does neither and Bruno can't do one. So they have to make a plan that works with the players at hand...and this is what it is.

Unless the next coach comes in and says we need to completely rehaul this roster, it'll be the same result. But we extended Rashford with bigger money so I'm not sure how to achieve that. Not that we shouldn't have, he had a great year. But he doesn't fit into a consistent, modern & winning system

Casemiro, Maguire, Lindelof, Mount, Dalot to some extent as he's been a starter for plenty of games and an international for his country...

These are senior players. They should be taking their teammates under their wing and talking them through the match and should be leading examples. They're just going through the motions and not very well. If any of them dont play well in the 2nd half I wont miss them if we let them go in the summer. They arent doing their jobs
