    I don’t think a professional ref is so much alerted by this. We also have cheating players, who dive and waste time. It’s unfortunately part of the game. I am sure if this was one of our players talking like this he would be celebrated as a shithouse wizard.

    Definitely not!! It's pathetic and nothing to be proud about. Its a fecking stain on modern football.

    Read the match threads, people love it when our players do it. Even saw some celebrating when Bruno kicked the ball into de Jong.
     
    Super excited. Annoyingly I'm in work until 30 mins before kick off so can't enjoy the build as much as I would have wanted.

    Kicking the ball at de Jong isn't cheating. And I've never seen anyone praising Simeones shitc**t tactics, which is what that mug Trippier has brought to Newcastle.

    Can't wait. Anyone going to it I hope you have a great day . For the rest of us let's just enjoy the moments , it's great to be at the dance again . Hopefully this is the start of a march to more and more success.
     
    Pretty sure Rashford will at least be on the bench, so he was bound to be with the squad. I hope he can start but if not at least be good for 30 minutes plus any potential extra time.

    Kicking the ball was more in the “not to be proud of department”. I personally hate cheating, time wasting, diving. And I hate it even more when our players do it, but again, many fans love it.

    On paper we shouldn't be. Man for man we are pretty much better in almost every position (bar maybe CF and RB). So if everyone is on tune then we should win this.

    But its a cup final so they'll be up for it. Lets hope our experienced players get us over the line.
     
    Super excited but nervous at the same time. Don’t really care about the performance on a cup final day as that goes out the window. Just want us to win at all costs to get the result as simply that’s all that matters today.

    I would have preferred to be playing City or Arsenal to be honest. I think they both would play more open which suits us. Newcastle will make it cagey......
     
    We are a lot better at actual football than Newcastle. My only worry, and it's a big one, is fatigue. I just hope we have lots of cryo chambers and the Beckham oxygen tents on hand.

    we haven’t had to travel this week which is very helpful. 2 home games in a row are a a big help in terms of recovery!

    No chance. If Varane and Martinez are fit they will play. ETH will be desperate to win this. It’s often the first cup before many that teams win in an era of success.

    Maguire can play in the FA cup mid week. I expect a host of changes for the FA cup game giving some of the big players a week rest before anfield.

    If that’s the team, they are going to be so frustrating to play against with a real threat in attack.

    We need to keep their keeper under pressure constantly. Long shots, corners and set pieces right on top of him.
