It finishes goalless and it looked like that kind of match from early on. It was a very even contest from start to finish, with chances at a premium.

United were better in the second-half, pushing City back and asking more questions of their defence. It wasn't until the closing minutes that they managed to test Joe Hart. Lingard hit the bar and then the England goalkeeper had to save from Chris Smalling.

Both sides will be relatively satisfied with a point but it means United are now down to fourth, two points behind joint leaders Man City and Arsenal.

Draw is a good result for City. Most teams would take a draw at Old Trafford. On the balance I'd say United should have gone for the kill. City look shorn of confidence. Misplaced passes galore and hardly any time on the ball.

Sick of Rooney stinking up the place game after game and being the first name on the teamsheet regardless of performances. Getting really annoying as you can see how much better we'd be with a proper striker in the side.

    Otamendi man of the match???

Great result for city with best players injured. Our persistence with Wayne up top if frustrating the feck out of me.

I was worried about how much the travelling back and forth to Moscow and then not having much preparation time would take out of the team. City being at home during the week, I was expecting more from them tbh.

The game was there if we wanted it. Defensively very good, a couple of chances going forward but not enough.

Rooney should be dropped. He's had enough chances. Martial should be playing centrally.

Draw is a decent result I guess. Tough game without to many proper chances. Seemed in the second half, particularly with the subs that City were happy with the draw.

Rooney is a fecking disgrace and any man utd fan who doesnt want to force him out cannot be considered a man utd fan, but a rooney fanboy.

We did great. De Gea has had nothing to do, and we looked like winning it near the end.

Absolute snoozefest. Decent result though. Draw was a fair result.

Disappointed that we didn't beat them at home when they had both Silva and aguero out + Relieved we didn't lose it

    0-0 FT

Should have been 3 points imo, 2nd half complete in our hands, not dangerous enough, but 2 good opportunites, shame Hart was great today.

Before the match i said i have a bad feeling about this.

Now, i must say they were there for the taking and it is 2 points lost.

A draw is a fair result, I suppose.

Martial should be given a chance up front. Rooney a passenger once again, we never looked like scoring with him up front.
