With India getting thrashed by South Africa right now, this is the only thing that can salvage an otherwise shit weekend
India and united never win on the same day. Its a pattern. They do lose on the same day though.

Christ just had the shits. That might be nerves. Might be the curry last night. Reckon it'll be 6-1 today.

Also thought id left my tickets at home before finding them in a pocket I've never used before. I'm an absolute mess.
Pull yourself together Twigg and get home safely with 3 points.

Hopefully the players don't pussy out like they did against Arsenal.

Win the fight then win the match.

We should win this if we are to be considered title contenders. We are at home and City are without their two main creative players.

What's that Twitter account with the semi-reliable team leaks? Anything?

I want to see us line up with this:

    De gea
    Darmian smalling Jones blind
    Schneiderlin Schweinsteiger
    Mata Herrera Martial
    Rooney

If we can get darmian and mata linking up on the right hand side and expose kolarov I think that's where we will win the game. City could expose blind with the pace of Navas but I still have more confidence in Blind than Rojo to handle it.

It feels a bit like the game at Old Trafford last year. If LVG can set us to be solid and play on the break I'm confident. Hopefully Toure has one of his subdued and laboured performances which will leave the middle of the pitch exoosed.

On a side note, does anyone think LVG will be tempted to start with Fellaini? He was excellent against City last year.

Hard to say which way this will swing, as they have Silva and Aguero out injured. But we have a poor showing in first half of games, if they fly out the blocks it could get silly.
Play Blind and I think we'll lose, just can't see him being able to defend against the pace City have. If he plays at CB, they'll just stick Bony on him.

Line-up: De Gea, Valencia, Smalling, Jones, Rojo, Schweinsteiger, Schneiderlin, Mata, Herrera, Martial, Rooney. #MUFC

What has Blind done to not warrant a place ahead of Rojo at LB?

City: Hart, Sagna, Kompany (C), Otamendi, Kolarov, Fernando, Fernandinho, Toure, Sterling, De Bruyne, Bony
