What happens if it is a draw at FT? ET? Pens? Replay?
Maguire and Bailly had two DM's too. The formation hasn't changed. That's how we set up.

Extra time and then pens. Don't quote me thoughWhat happens if it is a draw at FT? ET? Pens? Replay?
Hell be DM imo. You arent isolating 34 year old Fernandinho against our attackFernandinho and who?
If you mean Gundogan he can play DM but that's not all he does.
He's scored some good goals lately.
ET then pens if needed
surprised with this.
I think it may be to keep him in to the PL and ease Lindelof back in from an injury no?
5 subs though so not all badsurprised with this.
Not the first time Ole has dropped an in form Bailly in favour of returning Lindelof. Hope it pays off
I agree why not play him, it’s a semi and a derby, him in the team is the only time we haven’t looked weak at the back and we seen the need for pace on Sunday when Chelsea got stung after that Free kick. Not sure about leaving Bailly out for this when we have Watford next
I still find it baffling that the odds are:
United 4.0
City 1.99
I appreciate they are marginal favourites, but not by that much.
perhaps he needs a rest. First time he’s played 3-4 games in a row for what 18 months?
Lindelof?????? Why??????
Just don't see it. Bailly is the only defender with pace to get back when they play the ball in behind us, which could mean that AWB will have to move in closer to Lindelof to cover, so will leave more space at the far post for Sterling, Foden etc.
Very disappointed.
I don't understand what those odds mean, so I'm none the wiser.

A midfielder for Manchester United having an average game and a fan accepting it. Now I've seen it all.
Last time was 3 years agoperhaps he needs a rest. First time he’s played 3-4 games in a row for what 18 months?
The state of you.
Did I say anything about accepting? Players have average games ALL the time, unless you think all of Fergie's games were perfection from every player.
I spoke against you saying he is woeful, which is just clear overexaggerating, nothing to do with accepting.
Hope you can improve your quality so we can have you promoted soon enough.
Exactly. Agianst Villa, Bailly started his 4th game in a row for the first time since 2017. Expecting a 5th is tempting fate.Bailly has been playing a LOT recently. Not resting him is inviting a injury.
We beat Manchester City 3 times in 2019/2020 with this setup. We're doing ourselves a disservice by pretending this isn't going to work because one CB isn't The Flash. We have evidence it does.
We could still lose, Manchester City isn't some pedestrian garbage team we should expect to always beat, but we sure as hell can very well win.
I am as calm as ever. You the one with the hyperbole.Calm down son you're getting hysterical
Bet £100 on United, get £400 back
Bet £100 on City, get £199 back
Just decimal rather than fractional I think - I
i.e.united 4/1 and City just shy of 2/1.
Agree that Bailly might need to rest, but also Lindelof recovering a back problem shouldn’t be stressed. This highlights that Ole doesn’t trust Tuanzebe, which is a problem.Bailly has been playing a LOT recently. Not resting him is inviting a injury.

Twitter but seems on?Rumours where?

Enjoy the match, son. I certain will try.
Happy to see McFred starting this game. It's going to be proper battle to control that midfield, and the two of them are perfect for that. Then later, if it turns out to be a stalemate, you bring Pogba on for a bit more creativity once legs are getting tired. United should be more fit for this game having had more rest, so it makes sense to prepare for dragging out a battle, and then kill them off in the latter stages of the game with a bit of quality from fresh legs.
Pogba is in the starting lineup.
If that means Bailly having a rest, with him being injury prone, I'm down. Not the first time Ole has dropped an in form Bailly in favour of returning Lindelof. Hope it pays off
