I imagine that's what he had in mind, but the form of Fellaz has meant otherwise.

Think he will still get a lot of game time when we start our cup games, though.
Him and the other non PL players will be under real pressure to not mess up in the cups. If they do Jose will see it as justification for not including them in the matchday squads.

I can't wait but I have a feeling it will be a borefest 0-0...knowing both managers's styles with inferior squads compared to their old squads in spain.

    Hope I am wrong though.

It annoys me that Zlatan and Pep don't know what a derby is. I've heard both call Barca/Real a derby and Pep call Bayern/Dortmund a derby too.

I've just set my alarm for 5.30am for my flight to this one. Bleurgh. But I'm sure it'll be worth it

If we can put pressure on them, there is no way they can handle our physicality.

Did my combined City/United team on the BBC website. Pretty happy with it.

He's got to play Rashford now surely? Great option from the bench as well, I suppose, but it's all set up for him

I agree, I can't see any reason for not starting him, the kid is on fire and I can't see City stopping him. I still think Mourinho will leave him on the bench though somehow.

I feel we can keep Sterling quiet tomorrow, which should sway the game towards us. Pretty confident

At work tomorrow . I'll catch as much as I can on the tv monitors all the patients have on the ward. I'm not nervous though we have Zlatan!

    Manchester XL for me:
    ---------------------De Gea-----------------
    -----Valencia - Stones - Bailly - Shaw-----
-Silva - Fernandinho - Pogba - De Bruyne-
    ------------ Zlatan - Aguero ---------------

    Any pro-United pub in London?

I am asking the same since I moved to London more than a year ago. Still looking.

Anyway, I will be watching in a pub near London Bridge. It's not pro-United but it's ok.

There was no place for England and Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney in a combined Manchester XI chosen by BBC Sport readers.

More than 100,000 people chose their teams this week, with Rooney only the 18th most popular selection, just making the bench.

Seven United players made the combined team, picked in the lead-up to Saturday's Manchester derby at Old Trafford (12:30 BST kick-off).

United goalkeeper David de Gea was the most popular selection, making more than 99,000 teams, while young midfielder Andreas Pereira attracted the fewest selections.
