Mind you if I'd have had a tenner for every time that's been pôsted on this forum I'd be watching this game from the Bahamas ...

If you had a penny you'd still make it to the Med.

Booked my flight so I would miss the game intentionally. No longer putting myself through emotional stress while this fraud is the manager

I don't think your defence is good enough to stop our inform forwards from scoring, and one goal means you'll really have to throw the kitchen sink at us. By doing so, I wouldn't be surprised if you managed to get past defensive goliaths Moreno & Lovren, but I'd just as likely expect a goal up your end.

    We're not losing tonight.
    I was being sarcastic.

Ugh, more of this shit on the M602.

After everything that's been said in the last week, there's still some absolute twats that sink to this level.
Luckily it's only a minority, unluckily, these pictures will paint the whole Utd support with the same brush

I don't think it will. Well, it won't to me, that's for sure. Everyone with an IQ over 45 knows it's just a miniscule portion of either club that stoops to such a level.

Honestly, it wouldn't surprise me to find out a Liverpool fan did it, just to get fellow fans riled up against "the enemy." It's no doubt happened in the past.

We seem to put in a performance when we're not expected to. Everton away after we got beat by Arsenal, that Stoke game at home after a terrible run of form and Arsenal at home. There's probably lots more examples when we've lost but this what I'm holding on to.

I understand that but there'll be loads of people that see it or hear things sung and they don't have the IQ to realise it's only a small portion of the 'fans'.

    Famous last words.

Ok. With 15-4-89 written on it?

Are you serious? Jeez "murderers 15/04/89" !!

Ok. With 15-4-89 written on it?

I am serious. Perhaps "fan" was the wrong word to use... The twisted SOB who put that up could've been a Liverpool follower doing it to make United fans look bad/get a reaction out of our true fans.

Can't rule it out, really... Stranger things have happened.

Whoever put it up is a twatbiscuit, we can agree on that for certain.

Not with a date of 15/04/89.

    Hillsborough.
For those too young to be aware of what happened, decades ago stadiums had standing areas where fans did not sit, but stood.
These areas would get packed out and people would get squeezed. On this occasion, people got squeezed pretty hard and some got crushed to death.
Around 100 people died that day, which is why new rules came into football where there were no longer allowed to be standing areas. Stadiums had to be all seater to avoid any repeats of the crush which occurred that day. This is why in the English league, stadiums have seats for every person watching the game. I'm not sure if this rule applies to other countries/leagues (perhaps someone can answer this for me).

I think some MUFC fans are using that event, to rile up LFC fans, by calling them murderers (of the football supporters who died that day in the stadium).

No offence but frankly I found that a ridiculous comment.

You don't think it's ever happened one way or another? You don't think one of their fans has faked a Munich insult, or one of ours has faked a Hillsborough one?

    Okay, my prediction: 2-2.
I think there are goals in today's game and LFC will definitely score.
Sturridge, Countinho, Ferminho - that's a damn good front 3.

I think to suggest a Liverpool fan may have done that is ridiculous. Can't really think of anything else to say mate.

Hopefully Liverpool fans at OT won't react to it. These cretins don't deserve the attention

Like I said, "fan" was probably the wrong word to use. It was a tosser who did it, and they exist on both sides in different ways. If I had to put money on it, I'd put money on it being a United follower - All I'm saying is the reverse wouldn't surprise me.

Fair enough. I guess I've just watched too much history. If I believe in ancient astronaut theorists, I guess I'll believe anything.

if a "fan" doesn't respect the tragedy that happened at their own club, just to use it as some sort of a reverse wind up, they don't deserve to be called one.

Any news on lineups, or is it too early?

Apparently our line up is this, not confirmed though:
    22 Mignolet
    2 Clyne
    6 Lovren
    17 Sakho
    7 Milner
    23 Emre Can
    14 Henderson
    20 Lallana
    11 Firmino
    10 Coutinho
    15 Sturridge

    Milner at left back maybe!

Not sure what scares me the most... Milner at LB, or 3-5-2.

3-5-2 is good tactical awareness from Klopp if the rumours of us playing 3-5-2 tonight are true. Football equivalent of knowing your opponent is about to draw stone and matching it with stone.
