If this get game doesn't get called off, I'll be disappointed. It's only been two games but I can't stand to watch this 'team' any longer.

    Heaton
    Lindelof - Maguire - Varane - Malacia
    Martinez
    Eriksen - Donny
    Sancho - Ronaldo - Garnacho

Can we try and get this called off like the one a few years ago?

Not even sure who we can play. Honestly, they should drop 1/2 of the squad..

    Heaton

    AwB
    Lindelof
    Varane
    Malacia

    Garner
    McT
    Eriksen

    Vdb
    Ronaldo
    Sancho

    Heaton

    AWB, Varane, Martinez, Malacia

    Garner, Eriksen, Donny

    Sancho, Ronaldo, Garnacho

feck it it can't be any worse.

    Shaw is laziness personified.

Rashford is also lazy but has no intelligence or ability left in him (And he wants a contract? Feck off, £60m? Have a discount we would take 50.).

    Bruno is absolutely useless.

Maguire is all of the above yet has the audacity to scream at his teammates and clap to the fans after getting rinsed at Brentford.

Less said about De Gea the better, elite shot stopper? My arse. Ignoring instructions too bet that pissed ETH off more than the mistakes.

    De Gea
    AWB Varane Maguire Martinez Shaw
    Dalot Lindelof Bailly Malacia

    Ronaldo

    Formation is 9-0-1

I think we need to play a back 5 AND a back 4.

Honestly why are people putting AWB or McT or Sancho or any of the first teamer for that matter? Might as well go full youth if we want anyone to be dropped. No one has covered themselves in glory.

    Heaton
    B.Williams Tuanzebe Mengi Malacia
    Garner
    Iqbal Mejbri
    Diallo Shola? Garnacho

Obviously the lineup is a pisstake but I just tried to see if I can come up with a team full of our youth players.

    Protests planned?
1958 announcing their plans early next week. Also Empty Old Trafford hashtag is related to this but seems to be nothing more than an online thing as it stands.
Invade the hotel, invade the ground, invade the pitch, invade everywhere...

    Get the game off!!
I sort of agree with this but also it will just get rescheduled. I’d rather take the big loss now so hopefully we can move on when the window shuts with some new players. Postponing this then inevitably losing when it gets played again might be somehow worse.
I think we're in for a roasting. Time to pray for divine intervention.
Yeah this could be 8-0 or something tbh.

    6-1
But we will score a goal
What are the odds on who will be scoring our first goal of the season? So far in these 2 matches we have shown feck all and haven't even come close to scoring. Be interesting to see who and when will we get our first goal of the season.

I know that it was an absolute eyesore, but we did actually score against Brighton.

    My team would be:

    De Gea

AWB(ffs), Bailly, Varane, Maguire (only because Lindelof is not fit), Malacia

    Martinez, Garner, Eriksen

Rashford (only fast guy we have up top),
    Ronaldo/Martial.

    5-3-2

This is a damage limitation game so back 5 and try to counter into space with speed. With this line-up maybe we can get the score down to 2-0 or 3-0 Liverpool. If we dare try to play a back 4 and try to be fancy, its going to be at least 6.

Is this game on pay per view? Are they able to show beatings like this on Live TV? If you don't think Klopp will remember the 4-0 in the preseason, we are crazy. We are in for a long day and worse off it's going to cause irreparable damage to a team that has confidence at a low point anyways.

Something like this. I don't want Rabiot, but if we can get him in this week I'd stick him straight in. I don't think Kovar is the answer, but I'm sick of De Gea and Heaton's distribution is muck. I'd rather we didn't give Ronaldo the time of day but we have no other option unless we play with a false 9.

    Kovar
    Malacia
    Martinez
    Varane
    Laird
    Rabiot
    Fred
    Eriksen
    Garnacho
    Ronaldo
    Sancho

Not going to watch this. Not going to ruin my mood and weekend because of this shit. It's going to be a hammering

Same here. It's horrendous enough to watch our ass got spanked badly by Brentford but by those wankers? It's much much worse I don't want to experience that.

We can’t throw the kids to the wolves. Drop Shaw for Malacia, maybe play Martinez in midfield. Give the rest of them a last chance to step up and do a job. Make significant changes for Southampton and build from there

You should probably avoid watching United this season then. I’ll be watching, as should be.

Time to update Caf. We need bigger numbers than 5 in score prediction.

I've said it before but it's time to take DDG out of the firing line - for the best of the club and the player. He's simply forgotten how to keep a clean sheet.

More importantly - but, of course it won't happen - is the CB pairing should be Lindelof (if fit) and Varane, with Martinez as the holding midfielder, a job he's done before: if he plays CB Salah and Nunez will tear him apart.

Given that the undynamic duo still haven't done their fecking jobs, the rest of the starting line up will have to be much the same although I'd love to see Garnacho given a chance ahead of the hugely underwhelming Sancho (I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised if he was gone this time next year)...

Gary Neville summed up my feelings when he said:

"It's a great football club, it's a magic football club, and I couldn't be more proud to support the club but at this moment in time, it's really desperate."

In the old days, after a couple of very bad performances, it would be no surprise to beat the likes of Liverpool. Next week, i reckon we will need at least five goals to do that... possibly eight!

    DDG (Unfortuanetly)
    Bailly - Varane - Lindelof - Malacia
    Eriksen - Martinez - Fred
    Sancho - Martial - Garnacho

If it were up to me.

Maguire, Shaw, Rashford, McTom, Ronaldo in the skip. Bruno told to turn it around now or be gone at the next opportunity also.

    Dreadful state of affairs.

Another Sancho fanboy. He's been as bad if not worse than all the players you want binned. You just don't understand football and listen to soundbites on the internet that he's good. He isn't. Southgate doesn't think so either.

48% going for a 5-0 loss I see. Presumably because the drop down option doesn't go any higher...

Sancho fanboy ? How did you work that one out?

Just because he's the best of a very short list of RW options doesn't make me some sort of Zealot. Mes Que Un Fanboy.

    Who would you play instead?

Why can you only say 0-5 in the predictions? My honest guess is 0-6.

All we can hope for is a lot of players getting dropped and replaced by academy players.
