A McTominay substitute appearance being the answer to a bad Fred performance is as low as Utd has ever been.

This will be carnage. Six at least

I remember watching a tv show, I think it was an episode of the Twilight Zone, and a guy either found or invented a stop watch and when he pressed it, time would stop completely for everyone except him.

One day, a world ending nuclear attack comes and he stops time knowing that if he ever starts time again, everyone, including himself dies.

I wish I could swap places with that guy and never have this game happen.

Bernard's Watch was a bit darker than I remember.

Will their be any further punishment from the PL if we simply fail to show up, besides it being counted as a loss? Come the end of the season, our goal differential might come into play, so a 3-nil defeat doesn't sound too bad.

    It did, in 2001.

I assumed you were right when you said this but I just checked and in the 2001-02 PL season we won our 1st game and drew our 2nd and 3rd matches. Same results in the previous season. I'm pretty sure they mentioned at the end of the match the last time we lost our opening 2 games was the 92-93 season, where we lost our first 2 and drew our 3rd match.

Seriously, just abandon the game in advance. 3-0 for disqualification would be better than what the real score will be.
This! Can we please go and do that? Don't want another 5-0 humiliation and that score was only 5-0 because they looked like they took pity on us.

The game isn't until Monday night, so at least United won't spoil my weekend.

Will be embarrassing for the scouse if they don't score at least 5.

 And he still managed to do his trademark of getting a yellow card because he couldn't control a ball. That's 2 in 2 now.

    DDG (Unfortuanetly)
    Bailly - Varane - Lindelof - Malacia
    Eriksen - Martinez - Fred
    Sancho - Martial - Garnacho

If it were up to me.

Maguire, Shaw, Rashford, McTom, Ronaldo in the skip. Bruno told to turn it around now or be gone at the next opportunity also.

    Dreadful state of affairs.

How do we get this abandoned or at least postponed till in some better form.... hopefully

Get the game abandoned please united fans

    I'll take the -3 points.
    Why?

We only have to play it if it's postponed or forfeit the points. Imagine the scouse twunts rubbing it in for generations on how we folded and gave them the points. I would rather get beat 10-0 than cowardly surrender.

By all means protest outside but give it the best you can on the field.

Not at the start of the season. We won one and drew two in 01/02. We lost the last three games of the 2000/01 season.

We lost the first three in Atkinson's last season, 86/87, and 6 of the first 8.

Yeah, sorry guys, I was misinformed. Will check my sources better next time.

Year after year we are heading into this fixture wondering how much we'll get spanked by. Something not even their fans had to endure even during their worst years when we had prime SAF.

If ETH lose this game too by a big margin he won't last till november.

This will be a cricket score.

This idiotic expression really needs to die. All football results that have ever happened at the highest level have been cricket scores. The only way it wouldn't be a cricket score is if both teams scored more than 10.

We need to focus on the protests and just not watch what is going on on the pitch!

Anything below 0-3 would be a good score. I just hope the players have some dignity and at least put in some fight. But that bunch of freaking losers will surely give us another humiliating defeat just like last season.

    Lost all hope really.

Match going fans to collectively shit their pants on the ten minute mark to honour the way our team/De Gea did today. Match called off on health and safety grounds.

You never know in a derby, but let's be honest: it's going to be a fecking bloodbath if they bother turning up at all.
Eh, I wouldn’t count on that.
Liverpool even at their shittiest when we were a top 3 side in the world or the best side in the world, these feckers always gave us a game. I don’t ever remember us trashing them 5-0 let alone at Anfield even when they’ve had garbage like Murphy or Spearing running about, hell I remember them beating us with Charlie fecking Adam playing for them.

I don’t believe our players have that in them, the respect for the club like the Scousers even at their worst always had, I would hope for a 3 at the back hoof ball and maybe with some luck we manage to nick a draw, that would be decent as far I’m concerned, I won’t handle another trashing by Liverpool well.

    Heaton

    Martinez
    Varane
    Maguire

    Malacia
    Fred/new signing
    Eriksen
    McTominay/new signing
    AWB/Laird/New signing

    Rashford
    Ronaldo

    HOOF IT

Sancho shouldn’t be anywhere the team, Robertson will have him for dinner and bite his head off for desert.
At least Rashford gave TAA a rinsing or two so there’s that.
No Dalot for the love of god, no Bruno.

I can already smell a Nunez hat trick just to twist the knife in further

If it's less than 6-0 I'll be genuinely impressed. Some of our players deserve these humiliating thumpings.

    Heaton
    Dalot - Varane - Bailly - Malacia
    Garner - Fred
    Sancho - Eriksen - Rashford
    Ronaldo
Let's just try keep the score down.

Think we'll go with a back 5 and play very defensively. 0-3.

    ……………….Heaton
    AWB…..Varane….Bailey….Malacia
    …………DVB……Martinez
    ………………Eriksen
    Sancho…Ronaldo…Garnacho

Dalot, Maguire, Shaw, McFred, Bruno and Rashford have been dire for too long now.

    Tike to mix it up.

If only our squad had some character about them so we could at least keep it tight, get the crowd up for it and have a go. Y'know, like Liverpool did against us when they were shit.

    Oh well, 6-0 Liverpool.
