We could very well lose this by quite a few goals, or we could win. I really dunno.

Yes. I am hoping for a miracle but not at all optimistic.

But with former Liverpool players being cocky in the media past few days, it often comes to bite them in the arse.

I wouldn’t be surprised if we win this. We are better as the underdogs normally. See Klopp being worried of being caught on the break so can see him being cautious for this one.

So we all agree a draw is a terrible result?

When you dint beat the poor teams you a have to beat the best.

A win has us on 4 points out of last 12.

A draw or loss on 2 or 1 point out if last 12.

Let's hope we manage to pull out a win
I mean it's not the best but depending on how it played out I wouldn't be too critical of a draw. We can't keep a clean sheet for anything at the minute and Salah is on another level. If we managed a 0-0 I'd actually be impressed Ole got the team playing defensively well enough to stop them.

If we play good and actually win this one, I think it's fair to say that we've become the biggest game raiser in the league.

We'll have come full circle and be what Liverpool were in the 90/00s and us before them in the 70/80s.

2 1. Rashford Sarah and ronnie

I'm not looking forward to this match, but still can not help but watch it. My heart always beats wildly and sits almost up in my throat when we meet Liverpool - for 90 minutes.

Surely the context of it matters?

A draw would mean 2 points from 12. How could anyone defend that?

When you lose to Villa and Leicester and draw with Everton you can't really say that Liverpool are too good.

To me anything but a win and he has to go next week

Must Win game for United today...anything else and the title challenge ends in October.

Carragher and Neville are miles ahead of the other pundits aren’t they

Hopefully, Mctominay doesn't start, he's defensively liability as of now and the game will pass him.

Sourness is a prick didn't even let neville speak and then threw in his usual pogba insult

Souness :“I told you we’d enjoy today” to Carragher whilst Laughing like a drain at Neville.

I hope we beat these cnuts.

Souness and carra absolutely loving it and taking the piss. Why wouldn't they, they have one of the best managers in the world and they have a team competing for trophies. Even if they somehow lose today, it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.

Sigh what a state of affairs...

Big game for Maguire today. He's had a really poor start to the season by his standards and I hear the scousers have a decent right sided player. Shaw will have to make sure he's not exposed or we're in trouble.

It will be interesting to see if we try to carry on like the 2nd half in midweek. We looked amazing with that level of effort and urgency, but it's a risk for sure. I'm not sure I'd be telling the players to bomb forward and leave gaps at the back.

They owe and we are 1 point behind them after finishing above them last year.
    of course it matters

Shaw as well up against probably the best player in the world atm.

I remember back in the 00-01 season. United were on the way to three titles in a row. We had Liverpool at old Trafford and the talk was all about how many united would win by.

United Lost 1-0 to a Danny Murphy goal after battering the twats over the 90 minutes.

Football rarely works how people expect in these big matches.

I hope we sneak a win because I can’t stand losing to this lot.

    1. We start slowly - clumsy and sloppy passes without any tempo.
    2. The shower of shit continues and we concede a goal.
    3. We try to up the tempo but everyone looks clueless as usual.
    4. Fans hope that we make it to the HT without conceding more.
    5. We come out guns blazing in the second half.
    6. We score a goal to equalize.
    7. We lose 3-1.

    Ta-da!
    Nostradamus! :D

Didn’t think I could hate these two more. Turns out I can.
