Put Amad on RWB, Dorgu on LWB and get Eriksen in for Dalot. Should look better that way.

Trying to fight the idea that we were better under Van Nistelrooy.
This wing back nonsense has to end sharpish.
We can't just say wait until we get to the summer as we could lose another 12 or 15 games by then

Wing backs are ok but not a fecking right back for the LwB position. Dalot is utter dross out there. And Dorgu... I mean yeah...
Just play Amad and Garnacho there and have a go for once.

    I think we did.

Martial, Rooney, Rashford walk into this team. Herrera probably plays. DDG is miles better than Onana. Shaw back then was good. Mata would start over this lot.

Apart from centre backs I'm not sure this team is anywhere near the 2015 side we had.

No. Actually look at who played in 15/16 and you will be frightened. And keep in mind that Rashford only came into the team in late February due to an injury crisis. Rooney was already dreadful. Shaw broke his leg early in 15/16. The actual team had schmidfield which was awful, Lingard, Rojo, Memphis and cooked Rooney-Mata. It's a team that McNair and Borthwick Jackson playing significant minutes.

LVG had an awful team at his disposal but we did far better.

Hojland as a centre forward makes my gran look like Joe Jordon.

Had we worked the Leicester goalie a few times it wouldn't be AS bad, but everything feels flat, the team, the crowd, the vibe.

That was an absolute shambles . Dorgu on the left and Amad on the right, please for the love of God.
We'll play an injured Altay Bayindir left back and Josh Zirkzee rightback before doing something logical.

I was passively watching. Did we create a single chance? Half chance?

Practically nothing. Dorgu had a pot shot with his right foot that flew a good bit over, and their keeper nearly dropped a corner over his line. That's about it. F**king pathetic.

He also looks extremely left footed.

Just.... come on Ruben, please. Just switch Dorgu and Dalot. Please. Just give it ten minutes and lets see what happens.

    Goodness gracious its shocking.

He doesn't. He used his right foot several times with decent technique. He looked more two-footed than Amad who has been fine at RWB.

I'm not sure if Amorim is insane or just incapable of changing the way he wants the team to play.

I can't understand buying a lwb and playing him on the right. He needs to swap them over. Collyer would be useful in this game. I'd actually hook Dalot and move amad to RWB

Amorim getting schooled by RVN he’ll be gone by April, as so as we are out of EL he’s gone?

Worst part is that this is, more or less, team which which will be our team next season.
Hojlund and Maguire are only two who will be benched/sold. Other nine are first teamers.

Yeah, not looking good but i trust Ruben

Can Amorim stop with "square pegs in round holes"? It's starting to piss me off.

I was passively watching. Did we create a single chance? Half chance?

Our “best” chance was a ball falling to Dorgu on his right foot 20 yards out. We’ve not even had a half chance really.

As soon as Zirkzee comes on the pitch we'll look better. Hojlunds is just dreadful right now. He shouldn't be on the bench let alone starting. We have no options.

Likewise Mainoos head isn't there either. Lost focus and confidence. Do we have options to replace him? Not really no. Can't just throw Collyer in the deep end each week. But our alternatives are two lads that can't run.

    It's such a fecking mess.

    Zero shots on target.
    3 poor corners.
21 duels won against 25 for Leicester.
49.9% possession at home to a struggling, relegation fodder team.

He really has to change the system, at least until he gets the players he needs. This is absolutely dire. RVN had us playing much better than this.

Bruno deeper takes away a lot of attacking threat which is important for a team that doesn't create much. Personally, I've not really seen the logic in playing Kobbie as a no.10.

He has struggled a bit defensively covering spaces but the set up is asking a lot out of anyone. I think he's a CM and some tweaks to tactics can mask any athletic limitations he might have.

As much as lot of people were clamouring for Kobbie to be in the 10, we're forgetting that he was very good in CM last season and that was playing in a wide open midfield as well. Similarly for England he was good at the Euros playing in CM, albeit playing alongside Rice and Bellingham.

Early goal will settle the nerves. We will definitely know we are out then

Anyone who wanted Obi in the team tonight can now see why you wouldn’t wish that rubbish on a kid .

Master class in no interest and no effort from the players.

That's about as bad as I've seen it.

You have to wonder if Rasmus has been drugged. What the hell has happened to him?

I could understand a players touch regressing, I guess, or struggling, but why does he look slower than a half-fit Lukaku? Ok, you're struggling at the football playing thing but go out there and run your fecking tits off. Show everyone the freak athlete that was at Atalanta!

Doesn't he know he has a chance to seal his spot in the team? Is he hurt? Did his injury completely sap all of his athletic ability?
