Onana messed up by misjudging but Dorgu set their striker for the goal with a perfectly weighted pass.I don't understand how we can be so bad

99% of defenders in the modern game would not clear that - coach's instructions would pretty much always be to pass backwards to retain possession. Onana running out like a headless chicken completely removes any chance of doing this.
