Must win games these 2 in the Europa league. Get the W and suddenly we at 12 points in 6 games and it looks all good. I know, too good a story for us but have to get the wins, no excuses

    Onana

Mazraoui - De Ligt - Martinez

    Dalot --- Ugarte -- Mainoo --- Antony

    Bruno ----- Mount

    Hojlund
Given what Amorim's said in his press conferences about the players that play can't train and having more training for players that didn't play the day after a match, I think he may go with these changes.

Antony as LWB is the big roll of the dice, but we are undermanned in the wing back positions, and I don't think Malacia is ready to start in the first team before he's had some sub appearances under his belt. I think playing him there with Mount on his side as the AM would give him some better passing/link-up options, rather than having Antony on the right.

I'll go for a 3 - 1 win, with each of the front 3 getting on the scoresheet. Hoping for some more minutes for Shaw off the bench, and for Amad and Garnacho to get a night off so they can train more under the new system.

At least, I'm quite looking forward to watching us again (hoping Sunday was a blip). plus just got the nod that I can finish work early for next month's 5.45 kick off!

    It will be

    ................ Onana

...Mazraoui - de Ligt - Martinez

    Antony - Casemiro - Ugarte - Shaw

    ..... Fernandes - Rashford

    ............... Højlund

    Subs:
    Zirkee for Rashford
    Mount for Casemiro
    Dalot for Antony

    Isn’t Martinez injured?

Would like to see bruno in the midfield 2 as he is the only player with any quality but we should keep the forward line as high energy as possible.

Front 3 ideally amad, garnacho and hojlund. i would like to see an antony experiment at wing back some day soon.

    Onana

Mazraoui - De Ligt - Martinez

Amad--- Ugarte -- Mainoo --- Antony

    Bruno -- Mount

    Hojlund

    After 5 subs

    Onana

Mazraoui - De Ligt - Shaw

    Dalot--- Ugarte -- Case--- Antony

    Zirkzee -- Garnacho

    Hojlund

Mazraoui again I'd go. Give Dalot a game as RWB and move Amad to the 10. Try Antony maybe as the LWB.

I prefer to try Antony at LWB to Dalot. Antony to start and shock us by shining is my prediction.

I have seen footage of the team training and the last thing I see is a team under pressure....all smiles and not a care in the world.

So caring means not smiling and being serious all the time?

Or they could be happy and actually enjoying their football and training under the new manager.

Have to go all out to win it. Underestimating them is unwise.

No more Mazraoui as defender, please. His talents are wasted there. Drop Rashford for Hojlund.

Sure they are all millionaires - why would they care?
In a few years they will be out of the pressure cooker retired with a few mill in the bank.

    True,
I highly doubt they are up to the challenge of running more in games then they have up to now especially with some at their stage of their careers.

They just dont want to and unfortunately modern football demands it

This one is smack dab in the middle of Thanksgiving dinner for Yanks like me, so I will luckily be spared from what will likely be an underwhelming performance.

For us on the west coast, the match comes at the perfect time of noon. Dinner served an hour after the match has ended.

But I think you’re going miss a fantastic performance. The opposition will be a challenge, but I have a feeling about our new manager, that he’ll get something out of these players now that he’s had them for a week.

Just got inducted into medical practice today and also got my license today, after close to a decade of working hard to be a doctor. So happy right now. My Dad broke down in tears of joy after the ceremony.

Hopefully the day is made perfect with a United win.
