    I was kind of hoping we'd seen the last of Fellaini-Pogba. Seems like Jose doesn't fancy Carrick which is a shame.

    It's baffling really because you could almost justify sidelining Carrick (like Bastian) because he doesn't have the energy that we saw from midfield against Leicester. But Fellaini is hardly a huge upgrade on either of them in that department.
     
    I can just see Carrick in the position Fellaini's playing, passing with class all around. I guess choosing Fellaini it's a combination of wanting some defensive-agressive protection and a chance of scoring earlier with a header.
     
    Got to watch the counter. They are breaking in numbers.

    I swear my opinion on Fellaini fluctuates from decent player to donkey about 20 times a match. Don't think he has the positional awareness to play in the front of our defence.
     
    Good counter there. Why do we pass it amongst the CB's and to the wing and back to the CB's so much?
     
    I'm really sorry but Carrick in Fellainis position would do so much better.

    Smalling has been very disappointing on the ball. We have loads of space but he's only doing 5 yard square passes.
