That's it in a nutshell. You could say that before their goal we were "in control". But they were happy for us to hog the ball and struggle with creating things. We played slow and they were clinical in taking their one chance.

After the goal we've only looked worse. If they get another goal they'll win this game. I can't see two goals in us, let alone three.

Palace are a decent side, as shown so far. McTominay doesn't fit the style wants, he gives the ball away far too often, isn't involved in the build up and we get bullied too easily in the middle.
