we beat them 0-2 at Stamford Bridge with this same lineup except Martial & Shaw were in instead of Rashford & Lindelof

Spurs was a match fitness issue. Totally understandable after 3 months away.It is the same tactic we have used against City and Chelsea before it is not.
We will see if Chelsea allows us to hit them on the break as much.

I do think we could have brought Bruno and Rashford off (at least after the second goal) against Palace, if the plan was to play them from the start today.
Having the option to bring off a defender for Martial or Pogba and change the system is great.The West Ham game isn't even that important. Leicester game is the important one.

the only issue is Rashford isn’t great as a target man, and Igalo would have been a better choice, with Rashford in James place.
lots of options from the bench to change formation or tactics as the game demands, but if all goes to plan, then pogba/Bruno, Martial/Rashford, Lingard/James and McT/Matic are all like for like substitutes without lowering quality of team too much.Who have Chelsea rested; just Pulisic and Kepa?- Status
