    Back three/five as suspected. The only one I’m disappointed not playing is Martial. Fred and Matic instead of Pogba isn’t too much of a downgrade in this system. It’s a fair horses for courses selection.

    I presume it will be Bruno as more of a false 9 with Rashford and James slightly wider.
     
    Insane playing our best and most important player - Bruno.

    Absolutely insane. West Ham will be right up for it and our best players should be rested for that.

    Idiotic decision not to rest the guy, hopefully I'm wrong, but I can see this coming back on Solskjaer.
     
    Rather we played with Pogba then Bruno. On a big Wembley pitch not sure if Bruno can cover the ground given how many mins he's played.
     
    Has Ole got money on Chelsea to win? :wenger:

    Don't mind the system one bit, but I am quite worried by the selection. Bruno, Maguire, AWB all really need a rest.

    Not resting them really means we have to win. I hope he knows what he's doing.
     
    Not sure what to think of that... Do we need to have 3 at the back? Would have liked to see Bruno rested.. . If he's not on it then we're going to really struggle going forward

    I'm sure Solskjaer knows better their fitness status than us.
     
    I would’ve put Rashford, Matić & Bruno on the bench. We can’t risk them burning out & as much as I want us to win this game, the West Ham game is more important.
     
    Top 4 far more important than this game. Wish he'd have rested more players. I hope it doesn't come back to haunt us.

    Rashford didn't look tired at all, he was one of our best players in the last two games. I'm more worried about him picking up a random injury.
     
    Would rather have started with Ighalo and McTom instead of Rash and Bruno. It'd be better to bring them on if we need a goal than run the risk of having to keep them on for the full 90 (or 120).

    At least the game against West Ham isn't a must-win now that Leicester are getting rinsed. We can afford two draws in the league.
     
    We are essentially playing 10 vs 11 with James starting.
     
    very odd line-up. looks to be lacking balance (lost count how many times I'v said that this season but it has often been followed by a poor performance). can't see this XI winning. Only one goal-scorer and where is the creativity coming rom if Bruno is marked out of the game?
     
    Stick a few quid on Giroud FGS/Anytime. Printing money.
     
    Surprised at no Ighalo but I like the lineup. A lot of freshness, Rashford looks fitter and fitter while Bruno I just get the sense has tremendous stamina. Maybe wouldve gone for McTominay next to Fred as those two have a good partnership. Rests for those that needed it most.
     
    People talking about fatigue need to remember we're playing a condensed schedule. We played only a few days ago, so I think that would have been in the minds of the players.i t's semi final, it's still a chance for many to experience this kind of occasion and I think we'll see a decent performance. I wouldn't worry about our last games. I think there's always a fine line but I'm sure the occasion will give them strength. We can't be gun ho every single game. Would have liked to have seen Ighalo play but let's win the game first :)
     
    Not sure about Bailly playing. I would have rested Bruno at least. He looks knackered.

    That’s stretching it to be fair. I hope he has stormer - of course I do but I doubt it. He’s extremely mediocre whatever the system.
     
    Both teams playing the same sort of sides (half rotation) and the same formation.

    What balance is it lacking?
     
    I think Ole's playing a semi full strength team and will do so again against West Ham but rest players like Bruno and Rashford then we'll see a full strength team against Leicester

    He literally played Rashford into a major back injury earlier in the season. Everyone but Ole saw it coming

    Rashford didn't look tired at all! He looks fitter and fitter with every passing game IMO.
