so we decided to give no rest to key players, suffered an inury, and managed to get De Gea back into sabotage mode. We will be oozing with confidence for West Ham.

Ole will make excuses again but it’s simply not good enough anymore from him, so bored of this crap.
There's serious answers needed to explain this performance. A weak lineup in a semi final is one thing, but to turn up so complacent too. That's disgraceful.

De Gea is only with us for the wonga. He would've left if it wasn't for a fax machine. Can't see us offloading him to anyone. Anyone who can afford him already has better keepers.

It's sad to witness De Gea's collapse in form. He was outstanding for several years, but he's making far too many mistakes. Confidence is key for goalkeepers, and his seems shot to pieces.

De Gea has to go. And Williams is not good enough and all tbh, I’ve been saying it since the beginning.
It seems like you have this weird need to always point out some prescient points you allegedly made in the past.

We look off the pace today. The 5-3-2 was perfect, but changing the formation has caused us to be much more open and led to goals against us.

Lindelof weak. DDG way off form. Fred horrible and a passenger.

In hindsight OGS really should have let Romero start and also thrown McTominay to replace Bailly in that back 3.

Re the Martial incident. VAR should've reviewed it. If it's inside the box it's a VAR check for a penalty (in which case it would've been a yellow for Chelsea player since it's an attempt to play the ball). Outside the box though denial of goalscoring opportunity is a red card even if it's an attempt to play the ball, so VAR should've done a red card review.

I've said it earlier and I'll say it again, were they really sure Williams was ok with that eye injury of his? He's not usually this awful, there seems to be something seriously wrong with him today.

We’ve looked average tactically for 3 games now. Got away with it vs Palace, Southampton made us pay and now Chelsea making us look silly.
It's fatigue.... Easy enough to say 'press hard', "attack with pace' etc... Not so easy to execute while fatigued...

Not a defence just some perspective.... Anyway, feck this shite I have a hangover to ride out....

Awful pass attempt by Williams, both cbs retreated, and De Gea let a shot in that was directly at him from distance.
Thanks mate. This just shows how shite our depth is, and I know all 4 at fault based on what you’ve described are consistent starters, but this doesn’t happen if we start the full XI.

What’s more, now this seems like something to blame DDG for. Think he has to go now. Feck off. If we don’t get top 4 or win the Europa, Ole has to go too.

Good grief, the lad's 19. Quit acting like him having a bad game is somehow proving your lack of belief in him right.

You’re right. It’s impossible for him to not be good enough until he’s 25.

Ole deserves all the criticism he gets regarding Daniel James.

It’s because we all saw it coming, entirely predictable. Too many changes , changing formation too & another shite loss to those Chelsea cnuts. Just so disappointing, we could’ve given them a proper game if set up correctly

    I was wrong

It's like we're playing with 10 men with James on the pitch ffs

    Get Greenwood on asap
